From the beginning, Dan and Mike were efficient, professional, and timely in getting the water problem taken care of. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard to make sure we had no more water issues in the house. I felt they were very competent and provided excellent service during the process. I couldn't recommend them more - very pleased with their work. As a side note - I can't provide a completely accurate cost for the service as my insurance was billed directly for the work.
Description of Work: We had a slow leak in our laundry room that caused water damage to the laundry room and kitchen wall, hardwood floor in the kitchen. Removed wet drywall in laundry room, dried out water damage in laundry room and kitchen. Removed cabinet in kitchen to ensure all of the floor dried. Removed part of the hardwood floor that was not drying out to ensure subfloor was dry. Checked back after drying equipment was put in to ensure that no moisture remained. Removed drying equipment once job was complete.

The only other company we used was Service Master at Scituate Harbor we which used we had a basement flood. The service they provided was remediation of water damage it was a flood so water damage restoration. The last time we contact them was July of 2013. The approximate cost of the service was $3,000. They came in and removed the water. Remove water from basement. They place drying equipment around. They removed the carpet and the padding and prevented the mold – that’s the big one. They were very good. They were also very responsive. They were timely. They were thorough. I think we ended up having no problems as a result of that so no molds. I would say that a quick call and they were right out and took care of the emergent situation as quickly as they could.
