replacement windows
+ -1 moreI was very impressed. Brian helped us from the design and look of the windows to installation. His staff assured all my questions were answered and cleanup was done after the end of each day. Fast, efficient and the new windows look great!

Description of Work: We needed to replace a large Pella window trio. The Pella store recommended Brian and his installation was excellent -- he showed us where the previous window was missing flashing tape and flashing which caused the problem and very clearly explained how and why his installation would be water tight. I look forward to doing other larger projects with Brian and his crew -- professional, meticulous and very tidy. Brian is a wonderful resource because he handles small to large projects and he treats even the small ones with great professionalism. He worked for years with his father roofing and that gives him a really clearer picture of leak prevention which is pretty critical. I would love to see some of his big projects - curved glass windows in amazing configurations and large renovations along the coast. Our project was a small (for him) repair, but considering that he was working in my finished foyer/entry it was big for us and we appreciated how careful he was not to damage the surrounding painted walls. When he finished, there was very little touch up needed on the walls around the new window. He and his assistant, Brian, were great to have around for the two days it took to complete the work.

+ -1 more30 year old siding was showing its age. One portion needed replacement. Called Brian, he gave me an estimate, a little lower than one, and the same price as another. Gave him the job and was completely satisfied with the results. The most difficult aspect was matching older siding. No problem. He also pointed out some issues with a portion of the roofing. I gave him that job, after the excellent work performed on the sidewall.
Description of Work: Removed clapboards from building outside wall. Provided & installed Hardieplank clapboards to match existing exposure & painted all new clapboards.
