They had a bit of trouble with the extra large 28 year old sofa out of the narrow doors of my house, but they were able to demolish it and remove it. I don't remembered how we managed to get the sofa in the house in the first place - we might have brought it in through a window. They also took my 10 year old bike off my hands for a donation. The price is based on the amount of space your stuck takes up in the truck.

The nicest thing about Got Junk is their call center. Someone answers right away and when you're on deadline with lots to do during a move, that certainty of service means a lot. The two people doing the pickup were courteous, nice guys. They worked with me on price and a coupon I had. The downside is price. I was also suspicious that what they said would be donated would actually be donated. The truck wasn't very clean and the furniture must have been in worse shape after unloading than when it went in (the items they picked up were very useable, at least before they got into the truck). I would have trusted a local firm more (and it would have been cheaper) but I was pressed for time and I do appreciate that Got Junk was quick and got the job done.

Service company arrived a little later than planned, but called to let us know about the delay & actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than revised ETA which was good. They provided me with an estimate and were accommodating of what I wanted to spend. Overall experience was good. Would consider using them again, but would shop around some more next time. Office Manager, John, was very professional & responsive.
