Everything was great from start to finish. Greg Stefano is incredibly responsive. He answered my initial email right away and came to our house for a preliminary estimate right away. After learning what we wanted to have done, he followed up shortly thereafter with a detailed written estimate. Greg Stefano and his employees are polite, professional and timely. They got right to work and finished the job in a few days time and left everything as neat as a pin. Our front yard looks terrific; we have received lots of compliments from our neighbors and could not be more pleased Stefano's Landscaping. Before, during and after the project, Greg always responded promptly to any questions I had. I highly recommend Stefano's Landscaping.

Greg and his team did a wonderful job transforming my backyard into a welcoming living area. He completed it on time and on budget. The weather wasn't cooperating for much of the spring and I had a deadline to get the project done before my daughter's graduation party. Greg went above and beyond to make sure that happened. I thought in the end I might have to lay sod to have grass for the event but Greg's team came out three times and reseeded and fertilized the lawn so that it was a plush and green on the day of the event. I was so impressed. When the project was finished, Greg didn't just disappear. He followed up to make sure everything was okay and came back a few times to make adjustments, make lighting and replant where plants had not taken. He was always responsive and kept on top of everything that was going on. He never tried to oversell me with additional work. Everything was done exactly as it was supposed to be. I couldn't have been happier with Greg and his team. In fact I have hired him to do the maintenance in the yard now and have continued to be pleased with his work. I have hired a lot of contractors in my life to do projects big and small and Stefano's was definitely one of the best I have ever hired. I would highly recommend them.

He came out, never called and never sent a estimate. He was nice enough to come out but he didn't follow up.

We had a terrific experience with Stefano's Landscaping and plan on using them for future landscaping needs. During the bidding process, Greg provided valuable input and suggestions that helped us finalize our hardscaping plans and select materials within our planned budget. During the project, we found all of the crew members courteous, hard-working and detail-oriented. Whenever questions arose during the project, Greg was very responsive and met us on-site to discuss our options and agree on a plan.

It was easy to make an appointment via email. They were super responsive and came out on the scheduled day to winterize our lawn irrigation system. Would definitely hire them again.

Stefano's Landscaping went above and beyond to follow through and complete a large project. I found them to be extremely professional and made sure the job was done right. In my case, Stefano's not only had to meet my requirements but also had the patience to work though some other circumstances with my neighbors to help us all find common ground. The work performed exceeded my expectations. I would refer Stefano's to anyone who has a masonry and/or landscaping project.

They did a super job. We had loam put down then sod, an irrigation system in front and back. We seeded the backyard. They just just did a great job. The guys were great, responsive. Just really terrific. If I had more time I would detail but I want to get this review in. I had plantings put in. Thank goodness I didmthr irrigation with this drought!!!!

The service was excellent we got exactly what we wanted. Greg was extremely helpful and professional. He guided us in product selection and design. We are really happy with the end results.

Very well. Quote process was relatively quick and painless. The work was done on the scheduled date and accomplished quickly. The crew was very pleasant to work with and handled unforeseen issues gracefully. They cleaned up very well at the end of the job, The quality of the work they did was excellent. I appreciated the foreman calling to check in a few days after the job was completed.

Great work, looks good, good suggestions from Jim, timely service. He showed me his receipts for the loam, stone, mulch, etc. They did dump stone on the driveway so there are some scratches there now, but nothing to get out of shape about. I will need to watch the drainage on one side but also, I think it's going to be fine. I referred him to another client. I would use him again.

waiting for a return call, was told they would contact me on 05/31/16 No-one has contacted me Think I need to open a company like this as no-one ever returns call, so business must be booming, as they do not need any new customers.

All services were completed on time an within budget

The system was installed promptly over three-day period, and it works very well. Courteous, professional service staff, especially Jeremy, who oversaw the project.

All of the services were performed very neatly and professionally. The crew were very polite and courteous about where they parked vehicles, etc. They yard looks spectacular and ready for the winter! em, We also use Stafano's for an annual fertilizer/weed control program and to maintain our irrigation system. They consistently call the day before so that we know they are coming and show up when they say they will, Again, every person I have interacted with ease been polite and professional. I have been nothing but pleased with their services.

Very pleased with the outcome. Not what I would consider a complicated project, but a good amount of work, all done very efficiently. Even the small details that we never would never have thought to specify came out well.

Very professional and well run, with good communication; Greg D. clearly is committed to his business for the long term. The results were very good looking (and are holding up well although it has only been two years). We (spouse and I) would recommend this firm highly.

We have used Stefano's for two years now to winterize our sprinklers and open them back up/service them in the spring. We have decided to terminate our relationship with them after having repeatedly giving them the benefit of the doubt. Both years with the winterization they were highly unresponsive about scheduling the winterization. They wouldn't let us pick when we wanted it done. They basically told us that they would get to it when they get to it. Additionally, after following up several time to see if it would get done before the whether turned, they promised it within a week and told me that they would confirm when it was done. I waited over two weeks with no confirmation. I had to follow up to make sure it had been done. In the spring a similar thing happened. They promised that they would call us after looking over the system before making any repairs. We received no call, so were very surprised when a bill came with several repairs that we had not been asked about. They just took it upon themselves to replace parts and bill for it without us having okayed anything. We obviously paid but found this to be just another example of their unprofessionalism and inability to communicate in a proactive manner.

Went off without a hitch. Gave a decent estimate for the work, came and did the job when they said they would. Excellent Service. Will recommend to anyone who needs them.

We ended up going with someone we knew for our stone work. Just wanted to comment on Stefano's great responsiveness, ideas and professionalism. If not for someone we knew doing our stairs/walkway, we would have gone with Stefano's..hands down.

Greg and his crew did a great job on our project! The overall cost of the work was higher than other contractors we looked at, however, Greg's responsiveness and professionalism made the decision easy to go with Stefano's. The work was completed in a timely and consistent manner so start to finish was 5 days. We will work with Stefano's in the future!
