Marcelo and his crew are great to work with. This is the second time we've worked with them and will definitely be calling on them again. We had a big project taking place right before Christmas. Marcelo came out to look at the space, gave a written estimate on the spot and was able to schedule us in a tight time frame after we closed on the house and before other work took place - on Christmas Eve. The work included sanding down a ton of high gloss woodwork and painting it white - looks beautiful. They also did all the ceilings and walls on two floors of the house. His guys were professional and on time and left the space immaculate when done each day and at the conclusion of the project. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They are terrific! I have never been as happy with any contractor I've used for any service - these guys are the best. Marcello was recommended to me by a friend who is a general contractor and uses his team all the time. I called him in the summer, when he was already really busy. He came and gave me an estimate, but told me he didn't know when he would be able to fit me in - which was fine by me. He called me not long after and set a time and told me it would take 3 days (not including one day when it rained all day - but he warned me in advance that might happen). His estimate was fair and his crew was amazing - they worked like crazy, did a great job and finished within the time they had said. They were also just really nice people - singing while they worked and pleasant to have around. We will have them back in the winter to paint inside and highly recommend them for any indoor/outdoor painting you might have.

I was referred to MB Painting by a neighborhood friend and very happy to have had them workign with us. Marcelo phoned me back within a few hours of my call to him. He set up an appointment to meet and provide an estimate for the next day and showed up right on time. He provided a written estimate before leaving which including the requested work as well as his purchase of the paint. We were working with a fairly tight timeline due to some other projects happening in the house and Marcelo commited that he would be able to complete the work when needed. His team showed up right as expected several days later and the work was finished within half a day of what was originally discussed only because there were a few adds by us along the way. He kept in touch throughout the project - calling with updates and to make sure everything was going to be exactly as we wanted - great work! I wouldn't hesitate to call MB Painting again with any painting needs.

We purchased one room of painting from Groupon/LivingSocial, so the price was great. I was worried that we wold have to wait months to schedule them because of this; however, they were easy to schedule and very helpful in working around my calendar. They showed up on time and worked really quickly. The job came out fantastic, and the guys from MB Painting were great too.

the painting job itself was good. however, the workers not only did not cover my expensive formal wooden dining room table during the job, as i discovered when I stopped by unexpectedly one day, but one of the painters eating his lunch at my table laid a nice cold soda can directly on the table sweating a ring into the wood. i contacted Marcelo (who did not seem to be on the scene once the job started, until the final day) and he agreed to compensate me for the damage. I then had to shop around for a furniture repair company and have them come over and fix the table, for which Marcelo reimbursed me. One of the painters also knocked off a toilet paper dispenser from a bathroom cabinet, left it broken in the tub, and Marcelo reimbursed me for that replacement as well, though I could not find a good match and have slightly mismatched dispenser as a result. finally, while this job took place 3 yrs ago, i recently had occasion to move a bed in the master bedroom and discovered a long streak of paint on the carpet -- which was clearly left there from this painting job. While Marcelo was nice to work with, the price was extremely good, and he compensated me for damages, I would have preferred in hindsight to have paid more and not had to suffer any damages.

They were extremely professional. These guys were real cloyed. Their prep work was fabulous. That's the main thing; their prep work is so good that the painting lasts. Their workmanship was fabulous. They couldn't be more helpful than what they did. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I am very satisfied. The estimate was accurate; the workers were on time, professional and polite. They covered everything extremely well and did an excellent job in cleaning up. They worked very h****** a difficult ceiling. They informed me that it would be extra before going ahead with the extra work. The extra amount was reasonable.

I am truly amazed that I am the first member to report on this company. I received the name of this company from a contractor that is highly regarded on Angie's List. I called Marcello about taking alook at the job and he was able to meet with us that day. He provided a quote on the spot and based on the quality of the recommendation and the price we decided to go with him. The nice thing about his quotes is that they include the cost on supplies and paint (up to a certain amount per gallon). MB's crew started the following week. They were extremely punctual and they paid tremendous attention to detail. The final work was completed spectacularly well and on time. MB painting is truly a hidden gem and I would highly recommend using them. This company will be my go-to painter for a long time.
