Paulo did a terrific job with every task that he did at my house. The bathroom looks beautiful. He tiled the floor, did wonderful carpentry work on the walls with wainscoting and crown molding. It looks so rich. He can do every aspect of the remodel, the electric, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and painting. He gave great suggestions for materials and fixtures that helped me a lot. The deck is huge and had to demolished and rebuilt with composite material. It looks terrific and is so sturdy and well built. His workmanship is excellent. He installed crown molding in the family room and painted the ceiling and the walls. He also painted the kitchen. People who have come to my house since the work has been completed, rave about the work that's been done by Paulo. My neighbors just hired him to do work in their home. Paulo has been nothing but accommodating and professional. He is a skilled carpenter but can do so many other jobs and do them well. I had a leak in my kitchen recently. He came and figured it was the dishwasher. He let me know, I bought a new one and he picked it up and installed it the next day. Paulo gave an accurate estimate for the work and stuck to what he estimated the job to be, with little adjustments if we ran into a problem like the insects under the deck. I would highly recommend M&P Remodeling to anyone who needs work done in their home.

Mr. Mendez was thorough in his attention to detail approach with everything including end of day clean up, very good!! As my wife and I ran into difficulties with the insurance company regarding the what was being covered, pay outs, etc. Mr. Mendez was patient and even helpful in the dealings with insurance people promptly and efficiently. All that and plus the finished product looks amazing!

When opening the kitchen wall to the living area, Paulo determined it was a supporting wall and was able to provide an open window solution between the kitchen and living room without having to install additional support beams. His measurements for the cabinetry was perfect. He removed 'popcorn' ceilings and gave us beautiful, flat painted ceilings with installed LED lighting. He upgraded the electricity in the main floor to better accommodate the upgraded appliances and lighting. He installed beautiful hardwood flooring and painted the whole project to finish. He is a clean worker, arrives on time, and is able to stay on budget. I'd hire him again in an instant.

I definitely recommend Paulo for the excellent work, professionalism, honestly and dedication for his work. The work done in my house exceeded my expectations, with an affordable price. My closet and Living room are wonderful and I recommend him 100%.
