They had to come out more than once because there were items in the dumpster bag that they could not take. I was very pleased that they offered to come back out without charging me extra for the extra trip. I do wish that they would have knocked on the door when they initially came out though. They could have avoided the need to come back, because we would have been happy to remove the items that they couldn't take, so that they could have taken the dumpster bag on the original scheduled date. I am pleased with them overall though. I would definitely use them again. I also love that they are a local company, located in Saugus, Ma.

Went well. Great dumpster drop off. One of the best dumpster drop offs I've seen in recent years, perhaps ever. Though I have had so many that it's hard to say for sure. They just blend together.

This was a seamless experience. After paying for the service via PayPal, the pickup of the refuse was quick and professional. I used this service as an alternate to Bagster, which is almost $40.00 more expensive than this service. I highly recommend this service! Junk Depot is a great way to go!

Having so much junk removed was so satisfying!! The Junkster team was very responsive and helpful. Even though there were certain rules around placement of the bag, they were willing to be flexible given the location/housing situation. They picked it up right away as promised. The only thing that could be improved is their presence. We felt a little sketchy calling "some guy" for this expensive service, so it would be nice if they had an actual official-sounding voicemail and a little more professional presence. Otherwise, great service and experience!

We recently bought a house and did a large amount of weeding and lawn care, and bagged it up with the expectation of bringing it to the compost area in my town. Then the car we would use to transport it got totaled and boyfriend hurt his arm, so hauling the bags away ourselves was going to be an issue. I contacted Junk Depot this morning since they were the closest to my house and had great reviews, and less than 20 minutes later I got a call from Leo. He said he could be by my house later that afternoon to look at what I had. I was very flexible timewise so we didn't set a concrete time, but he promised to call when he was on his way, and he did. He ended up coming with a truck and two other guys and said they could take it right then and there. I was very pleased since I was expecting just an estimate. The first price quoted was $150, and I said I saw a coupon on Angie's list for $25 off, but I hadn't printed it out since I didn't expect service so quickly. They honored the coupon anyway, so the total price was $125. That seemed a bit steep considering I had everything bagged up and curbside, but it was the price quoted on their website so it's fair. It also seems comparable to other services locally. I understand I was paying for the convenience of not needing to haul and drive it myself, and I just wanted the bags out of my driveway at this point. I said with such short notice I didn't have cash on me and asked if I could use a check. I went inside to get my checkbook and when I came back out, they had finished loading up the truck already! So A+ for speediness! They were here and gone in less than 10 minutes. I was very happy with their service.

I had a bunch of debris left over from some projects. I got a bagster and piled it up when a friend recommended I check out Junksterbag.com. I did and their prices were $30 less than the Bagster pickup charge. I ordered online and the bin was gone the very next morning.

I would definitely recommend Leo. e was great to work with and the price was right! If you have stuff to toss call!!

Went really well. Sent e-mail and got response quickly after that. We figured out the details and he came over on time and it was taken away quickly.
