See above. He is a really nice and very decent guy. It's rare to find someone who will go out of his way to check on a potentially dangerous situation for a stranger....and not take a penny! Renewed my faith in human kindness. Will definitely call him to replace my water heater once I take care of the chimney issue.

I was originally referred to this provider after an appliance purchase at Sears (approved installer for Sears) but since have used them for several other service calls over the past few years. They have installed a dryer and a dishwasher, have provided disconnect/connect services for a cooktop before/after a granite counter was installed, and most recently replaced a hot water heater. They are professional, knowledgable, polite and arrive when they say they will. They have also been extremely accommodating with my work and travel schedule. I was able to email pictures of the broken hot water heater along with some measurements to avoid multiple appointments for the repair. They do good work and always clean up before they leave. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Discovered a leaking water heater Sunday morning. Call them and left a message. They called me back later that day and arranged to come by first thing monday morning. He arrived promptly and did a great job. Even though I was not the original purchaser, he got the water heater replaced for free under warranty. Good experience, will defiantly call again.

I spent $300 on that work and I had to pay Sears for the water heater. He fit us in his schedule. My house is really old and there was some fixing needed so he did that as well. He did a good job and came on time. He was being contracted by Sears.
