Very satisfied with the service. Came out the same day, very reasonable prices, professional engineers.

He seemed knowledgeable initially but then recommended an expensive repair which turned out to be unnecessary. He said he would order the part. When I did not hear from him after several days I texted him. He had not ordered it and I never heard back from him. He wasted my money I had to get a second guy out who fixed it by bleeding the system. Small job. No parts. I woukd not recommend chilli willie all they want is to overcharge and exaggerate job.

The guys showed up when scheduled, did a professional job, and left us with a terrific boiler set-up, tuned all 17 radiators, and moved the thermostat to an interior wall.

Very Good Steve and Jared were on time and got my Old broken boiler out and the new one in, in no time! I would suggest them to other!

The team from Chilli Wille was able to install 3.5 ton Goodman Condenser and encased coil. When they encountered faulty wiring from the thermostat, they were able to send a technician in to solve the problem immediately. The team also did a great job cleaning up and making it look like they were never there.

It was good. they fix the project and it was good.

Steve and Jared did a great job installing our water filtration unit, despite our older home's ancient pipes. Because we have a condo unit in a two family home, they had to add some additional pipes to accommodate the tight fit to install the filter for just our unit. For a simple job, it wasn't easy, but they did it efficiently. Now our water tastes great!
