Description of Work: front stairway had moisture penetration from winters causing looseness on the first 2-3 stairs...Dan and his team removed the stairs, leveled, poured concrete, and mortared to completion. After the work was complete there was a very small piece of concrete on the walkway leading to the stairs that was missing. I called Dan back as this was not there prior to their work, but regardless of how it got there...Dan came back out the next day and filled in. Very pleased with the outcome, as initial appearance looks great. Time will tell if i encounter any issues again, but the work was completed on time & budget .
