I had a multi-family project and I could not have made a better decision than to hire Apex Remodeling they did a spectacular job. Everything was done according to the plans, there were no problems with inspections, everything was done within the determined budget. Apex delivered the finished project to me on time. I hired Apex Remodeling to remodel 2 houses for me and they did a great job from start to finish. Throughout the whole process they kept everything clean and was very easy to work with. We had a relatively small job that needed to be done urgently. Eddie came out, provided us with a very reasonable estimate, and started the work right away. The workers were fantastic! For the complete renovation of my apartment I called on the company Apex Remodeling. They took care of the placo, tiling, painting, plumbing, staircase, kitchen installation, etc....a real turnkey solution. Eddie listened to my expectations. He brought me design solutions that I had not thought of. After 3 weeks the project was finished and I was very satisfied with the final result. Clean and very careful work I recommend with my eyes closed.

The Apex team did a full gut renovation of my home and we are so happy with the outcome of the work. They were professional throughout the process and obtained all the required permits for the job. I recently had Apex Remodeling redo our main bathroom and update the kitchen. And I could not have been happier with the quality of their work and their professionalism. Gary, Eddie and their crew were hard working, respectful, efficient, and easy to deal with. From getting the estimate through the final finishing touches the project progressed smoothly. They keep me informed at every step, there were no surprises, and no delays. When the work was done both the bathroom and kitchen surpassed my expectations.

We needed interior painting and a wall repaired because of water damage. Eddie and his team did the work professionally. They were punctual, organized, neat, and paid attention to detail. They were very efficient and did high quality work.They completed the project in a very timely fashion. We were very pleased. Eddie and his team come with our highest recommendation.

Eddie's team is versatile, efficient, and super thoughtful. I really enjoyed the process--a quick 3 weeks to take my basement from gutted to gleaming in-law apartment (bathroom and kitchenette). I wasn't too picky about the finishings, so for the most part I just let Eddie make the decisions, and everything looks absolutely fantastic. He helped increase the value of my house, for sure, and his team were consummate professionals that did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. I hired L&E to refurbish my unit on Commonwealth Avenue in BackBay which had experienced extensive water damage... everything had to be replaced... sheetrock, plaster, floors, doors, molding, etc... L&E gave a very fair price, completed this gut renovation within a very tight schedule of 4 weeks, did the job without cutting corners, and did it all on budget and on time... his workers were professional, conscientious... the unit is in a luxury building and has many rules on how work needs to be conducted... He met and exceeded the guidelines and requirements. The carpentry work was done beautifully, especially the curved 4 piece moldings... Eddie (owner) and his team were a pleasure to work with... any challenges were met with flexibility and a can-do attitude which was refreshing... I recommend them highly and would rehire them again without hesitation. Fantastic team of people led by a very capable, hardworking gentleman... much thanks Eddie for a job well done... you are fantastic.

He came for a plaster job. I had trouble finding a contractor, and Eddie helped me with the job, and finished a different project for me. He is top notch!
