Mario requested 1/2 the Money up front I issued him a check for $1500 I rushed it over to him so he could get started. He cashed the check and never started the job never bought the materials after many phone calls I find out he went to florida for winter. I gave him plenty of time to either start the job or return the money. HE NEVER STARTED THE JOB OR RETURNED THE MONEY Still waiting as of May 1,2013 .

Mario is such a great guy. He was very responsive to my phone calls and then came over the same day to give me an estimate. I have a huge lawn and now that summer vacation time is up, I simply don't have time to keep up with the mowing. I'm very short on cash, but I thought I'd call someone and see how much it would be. I have called a few people in the last year or so but had no luck what-so-ever. Mario also was listed as doing fence repair work and since I need my fence repaired too, I thought I'd try him. He not only gave me a very fair price, but he came right over the next day to mow the lawn. I couldn't beleive it, I figured it would be a while. I was literally driving by my house and I saw him there. I slammed on my brakes and gave him the money. He did the work without even knowing he'd have the money there and ready for him when he finished. The lawn looks amazing, so much better than when I did it! I plan to use him as much as I can, on my limited budget. He has even said he can do any odd jobs and handyman type work around the house so I hope to be able to use him for that too.

Please DO NOT use the service provided by this company. It was the ridiculous low quote from the owner(who also does the work) that got us tempted into giving the contract and a starting amount. However, he did not show up to do the work on the promised date and kept ignoring our calls and messages. After numerous attempts, he along with a few people showed up. However we were fed a bunch of lies about why he could not take the calls and why he was delayed. The people who came, worked for about 3-4 hours. No one bothered to show up ever again to finish the task. When we lodged a complaint in another site, the owner did call as required but did not utter a word. Not only have we lost the money, but our project is pending.

His prices were reasonable and he did a nice job.
