Treefrog Tree Service

There was a mix-up between what the sales person said they could do and what the Arborist, Brad, said that they should do. We compromised on how much they should take off the trees. In the process of trimming the trees, brad dropped a branch on my electric lantern, knocking it of its pole and damaging it. Brad informed me of the accident and said that he would take the lantern (minus the pole) repair it, and return to reinstall it. That was January. Now, in July, the lantern has not yet been returned. I have made dozens of calls to the TreeFrog office and have even visited their office in Sandwich in an effort to get my lantern returned.

Went well. They did it over the winter in January when I wasn't here. It was perfect when I arrived back in May. Clean professional work.

The crew of 3 arrived promptly as promised and worked for 3 hours. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris and also cut some hardwood logs that we can use for firewood.

Called the company on Monday and on Tuesday the tree was gone. The whole surrounding area was cleaned/raked up and looked great. The crew was polite,punctual and a pleasure to deal with.

I contacted Tree Frog and spoke to George who is the manager. George communicated consistently throughout the process from initial contact to the completion of the work. Very professional, and work and clean up was very good. I plan to use them for additional work than needs done sometime in the spring.

George was professional, courteous and gave a reasonable quote. I live out of state and saw the excellent reviews on Angie's List and I would highly recommend George. My only suggestion is since I do live out of state, electronic pictures would be most helpful. My tenant called to state that the workers were out there even though there had been a large snowstorm. Thanks, George.

Manager came the same day I called to give an estimate. We discussed which trees and stumps to remove, andhe gave me the estimate his estimate. I had planned to get other estimates, but his was so reasonable I gave him the job.His crew came to weeks later, as agreed. they did an excellent job.

They called the day before to confirm when they would be arriving. Even though the order was written up that it would take between 1-2 hours, we all knew it would be longer. No complaining, no problem. Three men, six trees to be climbed (or use the bucket truck). I wanted to save some of the wood for home use, and every limb that was big enough they cut into smaller pieces AND STACKED!! Then they RAKED UP ALL THE DEBRIS AND BLEW OFF MY DECK!!!!!The men consulted with me about how much I wanted off and then came to see me to check if what they did was OK. I was ABSOLUTELY PLEASED with Treefrog Tree Service. The best company I have dealt with in this area of expertise. There was no and quot;hanging aroundand quot;...they just went about their business efficiently and professionally.

I have used this company a number of times and have found them to be wonderful. They are very professional, courteous to a fault, punctual, and efficient. Can you tell that I liked them and would always consider calling them if I need any tree work. They have taken a number of trees down and removed a lot of dead limbs. I only estimated when I had their services last because I cannot remember offhand but I have called them numerous times and would do so again . If you need the dates of their services, I can probably dig them out.
