Description of Work: They provided carpet cleaning for us and were true to their pricing and didn’t try to upsell aggressively. Two technicians came out and one even got on his hands and knees to get the hair up before cleaning the carpets.

+ -1 moreI had them a couple of years before and they did a great job. This time I was comparing it with the last time so I did not have anything to compare it with. They did it in much less time and they were cleaning furniture at the same time. They did not move any furniture. Every time I move furniture afterwards I found places that were still wet. This is going to sound awful, but when the guys used the toilet they never flushed. They cleaned the floors and it was okay. I guess I expected better. They came when they were supposed to and the responsiveness was fine. They were on time.
Description of Work: I used Stanley Steamer to clean some furniture as well as our ceramic tile and grout. They also cleaned some furniture.

+ -1 moreThey marked a wall, but they did come back and remove it. A week or two later, there were spots that showed up. They were not abel to remove. They said that it was normal after it’s cleaned for spots to resurface. There was one spot I never noticed. I had a realtor come out and she was able to remove the stains with her own carpet cleaner.

+ -1 moreAwesome! Arrived on time, very personable, explained process, reviewed our specific concerns (stains). Did an amazing job! After 10 years and 3 kids, our carpets look beautiful.
Description of Work: Cleaning of wall to wall carpet. 4 Bedrooms, 1 hallway, 1 walk in closet, additional post-cleaning treatment of "scotch-guard" and anti-bacterial treatment.

+ -1 moreBy the time they left they had restored the carpeting to their original white color. This is the second time they have worked magic on our wall-to-wall carpeting, and I would definitely highly recommend Stanley Steemer.
Description of Work: They shampooed our white carpets, which had turned pretty gray.
