Absolutely incredible professionalism and efficiency! The four gentleman crew arrived five minutes early. They prepared the living room, installed the liner and cap, cleaned and vacuumed, and tested the fireplace - all in just an hour! They made really great recommendations for longterm fireplace care and noted chimney masonry issues. Would absolutely recommend to everyone! Worth the wait!

Wonderful! Chris and Rob were fast and efficient. Very friendly and polite. Chris explained everything in detail. I asked about some other things as I am not familiar with fireplaces and he was very helpful. I thought I needed to have the chimney cleaned too but they said no. New cap looks beautiful and was reasonably priced.

It was pretty quick, it didn't take that long. The quality of the inspection was fine. They were very fast. If I need chimney service in the future, I would use them again.

The service was prompt, professional and friendly. They were careful of my belongings and furnishings in the room. Did a thorough job of cleaning my chimney and inspected for any damage or needed repairs. Did not try to sell me anything, even put my chimney cap back on that had blown off about a year ago. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company and I will be calling them again in two years.

Great! No cleaning fee... (wasn't necessary) No inspection fee (waived because I purchased the cap) Custom size stainless cap (for 3 flues on a large chimney) was expensive ($500) but well made, & guaranteed. Installation was quick & professional.

We had neglected cleaning out our chimney/fireplace after putting in a wood burning insert and it had been a few years. I called Sandwich Chimney sweep and knowing it is a very busy time of year they booked an appointment with me for next month (November) they called me a few days later and said they had a cancellation and asked if I wanted that appointment which I jumped on. They were actually a bit early (loved that) and did the most amazing job and also letting me know what I need to do in the future. They were so neat and clean you would never have know they were here but when he showed me what had come out of the chimney after opening up the stove I was shocked! So glad they made the time for us before wood burning season. Thank you so much for the amazing service all I can say is YOU ROCK!!!

We had used this company in the past, but had ignored the chimney when we stopped using our wood stove. After last year's blizzard and lack of power, we began using the stove again. The sweeps were courteous and punctual. They completed the task in 30 minutes and we had not been swept in over six years so they had a lot of material that had to be taken out. They lay down drop cloths over which to walk and removed anything that would have been in their way. The house was left clean as a whistle and we now have a safe chimney! The only reason we gave a 5 for responsiveness is that they are so busy this time of year that it took 4 weeks to get an appointment.
