He arrived promptly, was very pleasant and professional and finished the job in just about one hour. The door movement is much smoother with the new wheels, and we feel safer knowing that we won't get hit in the head by a broken piece of spring travelling at high velocity. Would definitely hire again.

Great job by a family owned and operated business. We had just purchased hpme and wanted garage door opener and were willing to buy new door, if nevessary. After thorougj inspection, they determined a new door ws unnecessary. They installed an opener and stayed an extra hour fine tuning it so door opened and closed quietly. Clean, polite and knowledgeable. Willing to explain and answer questions. Will use them whenever we need assistance with overhead door.

I called them yesterday and they came yesterday so they were very prompt. Just one guy came out and he was able to fix it quickly. They came by and said that it was so simple to fix and they did not charge me a thing. It was unheard of. They were wonderful.

Wonderful Customer Service A Plus! Ron Dulmaine & Sons were simple the best and I was not an easy customer. I had many questions and did not know what type of door to get. Ron walked me through picking the perfect door for my budget and the house. I went to work in the am and returned with a beautiful new door. The price was more than fair (I had multiple quotes done) but that was not what sold me it was 100% the customer service. OUTSTANDING! I emailed and left a voice message after hours. They responded by email and arrange to talk the next AM. As promised they called shortly after 8 AM to discuss what was needed and arrange a time. As promised they called before leaving their first job to come to my house and arrived shortly thereafter. They worked quickly and professionally. I have nothing to compare their price to, but found it reasonable. I would absolutely hire again and recommend to anyone that needs garage door service.

Ron Dulmaine & Sons reviews where excellent so I called Ron. He wasted no time to visit our Brewster home and emailed me an Estimate within the week. We reviewed the estimate, had a few questions that Ron answered. We decided to move forward and within the week Ron called saying the installation was complete. I gave him my Credit Card number for payment. I just arrived in Brewster from NJ and the Garage Door and installation is perfect. I would use Ron again.

Everything went perfectly. Ron was out of town when I first called, but his son took all of the information and told me his father would take care of it the following week. Ron and his son corrected the problem and when I called them back with my credit card they explained to me in full detail what the problem was. They suggested future work should be done in the future and told me to call them when I'm ready to do it.

Showed up as agreed. Explained what was to be done. Completed work in timely manner. Dulmaine did what they said they would do. We would recommend, and use them again.

These folks are awesome! Very professional, reliable, did great work. Oh, and did I mention nice? Father and son(s) with incredible integrity -- a too often rare attribute. Even their lower end or budget products are superior to most I've seen. They don't oversell by trying to talk you into more than you want or need. Will recommend them to anybody that asks.

We have dealt with many contractors over the years and this was definitely one of our best experiences. The installation process was what most impressed us. Jason, the son of the man who owns the company, was our installer; he was meticulous, professional, polite, timely, and, above all, extremely well organized and maintained a very clean and safe work area at all times. Usually when a tradesman works on a project, his or her tools, materials, and discarded materials are scattered around the work area; every time I checked on Jason's progress, our garage was spotless without anything out-of-place. Jason took such pride in his work that every wire was nearly invisible and carefully aligned and unobtrusively stapled. He took the time to make sure that the rails were in perfect alignment before proceeding with the installation. And, when we changed our mind half way through the installation on the style or the window inserts, he and his dad made the change without batting an eye. The work was perfect! Another plus, the product itself, was of a high quality; definitely worth the extra cost compared to the products available from the big box stores (that are installed by contract tradesmen). The doors are perfectly aligned and we cannot even hear them opening from inside the house. I highly recommend Ron Dulmaine and Sons for any garage door work, be it new installations, replacements of existing doors, or service.

I was having a difficult time getting 2 other local companies to call me back with estimates. I felt like I was chasing them to take my money... neither were good with communicating with me. I was complaining to my co-worker about my frustration and she suggested I contact Ron Dulmain & Sons in Sandwich. I put a call into them and had a call back that same day. Ron was friendly and knowledgable. I explained that I had calls into 2 other companies and that I was frustrated for their lack of communication. I also explained that my doors were an odd size and that it could be a problem. He said he would be happy to provide me with a quote. Ron was at my house that week and called and provided me with an estimate the day after he measured it up. In the mean time the other 2 companies finally called me back. One came in the same price as Ron and the other was DOUBLE the price (because of the odd size of my doors?). Needless to say I went with the person who I didn't have to chase and was the most responsive to needs. Ron Dulmaine & Sons! My garage door was in within 2 weeks of calling him. He answered all my questions and was very patient. Once we are ready to have the openers installed I will be calling Ron back to do the Job because I couldn't be happier with him and his company.

This is the first time we have used this father and son team. Ron was on vacation when I first called. His son, Jason called to let me know that his schedule was full until his father returned from vacation. They would call back the following week to set a time for repairs since my problem was not an emergency. They were very good at communicating until we could set a time for the repairs that was convenient for both of us. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and on time. The price was consistent with the estimate. And I got help linking the door to the remote in my car! All in all a very positive experience. I would use them again.

From start to finish, they were responsive. We made a date. They called that day to confirm. Came and did the job. All interaction with them on the phone and in person was outstanding. All vendors should be this good and professional.

From my initial contact three months ago to the final install everything went according to plan. I am very happy with the quality of the doors, openers and installation. I am very particular about my home and the workmanship was just what I was looking for. Will be contacting them to replace the third garage door in the near future

he came examined the problem gave me two options and prices,we agreed and next day the work was performed. A great job,very very professional. He billed me and the door is great.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. It was obvious that Ron and his son are very experienced . He quickly returned my call for an estimate, and his son arrived shortly after to take measurements and provided me with material to select a garage opener and garage door. He explained the many choices available not pushing more expensive options. I called Ron back the same day to schudule the installation. He could install the door the next day, but I had to push back the installation for a week because of other personal commitments. The day for the installation his son arrived on time and the job took about about a half a day. After the job was completed he explained how the remotes worked. The new door looks wonderful and very weather tight. The garage ceiling was not damaged during the installation of the garage opener. He trimmed the door with white plastic wood so no painting will be needed. The cost included disposal of the old door and opener. The job was neatly performed. I couldn't be more pleased with Ron his son and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an old garage door which was damaged from years of use and needed to be replaced. After being referred to this company they gave me a great price and worked with me on the timing to do the job with winter soon approaching. When they came out to install the new door it went very well even though my garage door is not a standard size, they came prepared beforehand with all of the hardware so they didn't need to postpone the job and come back later. They then installed a beautiful new door and even installed safety features that my previous door as mine was extremely out of date. They were great through the entire process and the final price was great vs what I had been quoted in my initial search with other companies before getting referred to them. The quality of service and professionalism I received was well above the price I paid for the job and that is always paramount to me, I would much rather be confident in the work that was done and pay more for that quality than pay less for a low quality service and product. It just so happened that in this case I got both for a more than reasonable price. I also feel very confident that if I do have a question or need any repairs that I can call them and they will provide great follow up services as welI. I absolutely recommend that if you need a new door or service you give them a call and at least consider them, they came highly recommended to me from a good friend and they were well worth it.

QUOTE WAS PROMPT. DETAILS PROVIDED WERE CLEAR. INSTALLED DOORS WERE OF THE TYPE AND QUALITY QUOTED. AFTER THE BILL WAS PRESENTED, HE TOOK IT BACK AND DEDUCTED $50. HE EXPLAINED THAT HE USED SOME OF MY HARDWARE DURING THE INSTALLATION. WHEN HE DID HIS ORIGINAL QUOTE HE THOUGHT HE'D USE ALL OF HIS HARDWARE. I WOULD HAVE PAID THE EXTRA $50 AND WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN.
