septic tank, sewer cleaning, drain cleaning
 + 1 moreThey returned my phone call promptly. The man who came didn't listen to my explanation of the problem. Or of my description of the septic system. So there were a couple of attempts which could have been avoided. The snake used was a small diameter 1/2" and might have only cleared the blockage partway because the problem has occurred again with a guest. I will call them back. They responded quickly last time, and their invoice says they guarantee their work so I expect it will be fixed. I'll report the results.
Description of Work: I called, one man came and started working on the big septic tank in the front yard he said he was going to use high pressure stream of water to clear the septic system. That would not work because of the size of this tank. I told him that the problem was that the main drain pipe which collected all the water from the house was slow. So then he called a second man who brought in a large motorized 1/2" snake and they threaded it into the main draining pipe and the plug cleared. They were here less than 30.". Now, again I have a house guest and the system is backed up. I will call them back because the system backed up after two persons took showers. It is ok when one person is in the house.

 + -1 moreOne guy came out and looked over the tank, came to the door and explained everything he was going to do. I thought he was very professional and didn't feel like I was being ripped off.
Description of Work: Pumped and cleaned 1500 gallon septic tank.
