+ 0 moreObray Lyman really worked with me to find a fair and cost effective solution to my basement renovation. He and his crew are courteous, prompt, and they do top notch work. Obray communicated with me very consistently about progress and unexpected problems requiring decisions. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I will be using them for some upcoming work I am having done in the spring.
Description of Work: Complete basement remodel post flood.

+ 5 moreExcellently. I’ve worked with eight contractors and four architects over the last 40 years. Obray is tied for first place. He is honest, hard-working, very smart, conscientious, responsive in person and by text and phone, detail oriented, a good eye, leads his crew well, Works well on his own, fundamentally use his family for his crew and they’re all good too, kind people, skillful people. I will hire all of them again and would hire Obray for anything I wanted to do. It would be hard to find somebody better. You would be lucky if you got him or his crew.
Description of Work: Redoing entire 40 foot porch: floors, ceilings, hand made screens, front stairs, backstairs, side deck, lower deck,Upper deck, kitchen deck and stairs, Gutters, roof, reroofing, turret reroof, Fence repair, shed repair , rebuilding two staircases, prep and painting of all surfaces staining of all surfaces, re-design help.
