They are punctual, and efficient. Their two step process of sealing the house. spraying the outside of the house and setting traps inside the basement and garage then coming back in a week to assess the situation appears to me to be the proper way to proceed. They then plan to come back in a week to assess the results. If there is ever a problem with mice or other pests during my contract yearthey will come back and take care of it. I signed up for their service for a year. I have had mice in my house every year and feel confident that they can eliminate the problem. Time will tell.

EcoGeek responded to my search for pest control, came that day and launched an all out attack on my mice invasion (which had caused terrible flood)damage due to the gnawing of water tubes in appliances. Within 2-3 weeks problem seems conquered. Felt they were scientific about approach, safe (b/c I have dogs) and effective. And totally responsive to my phone calls and questions. Highly recommend Michael Travers and Jerry.
