Description of Work: I contacted Cape Cod Gas for a price on a whole house humidifier. They verbally quoted me an installed cost of $400 and billed me $616 following the installation. As if that wasn't bad enough, the unit does not perform adequately and when I contacted the munufacturer, he told me that Cape Cod had installed the wrong unit for my sized house. Cpae Cod has refused to acknowledge tthe problem or make any adjustments. .

+ -1 moreAn appalling experience. We wanted to convert to natural gas for the convenience and the National Grid website directed us to CC gas. CC gas bordered incompetent. Slow, unhelpful, inaccurate pricing and poor organization. We have recommended friends use another contractor. The whole painful 9 month saga is blogged here: https://sites.google.com/site/ngleak/
