Excellent work. He's an old-timer and VERY savvy about masonry. Gave us good advice on several issues. He did just what we wanted with front door and back door stairs where, for now, we didn't want to spend big dollars. But we wanted first class on the chimney-- which he did. We have recommended him to my sister-in-law and will so for anyone else needing masonry work. Only draw-back is that Russell is getting old. He struggled to get the intitial layers of the scafolding up, but of course had two helpers when they went the rest of the way. We would say he will have to quit within the next five years. Maybe less. So hurry. You will certainly find him to be a nice guy to deal with-- a real yankee character.

Splendidly. Russell excavated the area, installed ground supports to eliminate potential movement of the patio blocks - and prevent water drainage into the basement area and window well. He then laid, dug, leveled and laid the patio. The addition of sod around the new patio quickly prevented any of the abutting dirt to loosen and disrupt the excavation work. I was able to move our barbecue equipment onto the patio immediately.

Excellently! We went on a mini vacation, and when we returned the project was totally completed, cleaned up. One would never know that the project went on, and we were totally satisfied! In September, I contracted Mr. Delorey to build a patio for our cookout area, adjacent to the rear deck. Once again his work was flawless and it was completed quickly. One would think it was always there. Subsequently, I recommended Mr. Delorey to a neighbor who needed new masonry entry. Mr. Delorey was punctual for an estimate as well as to begin the project, and the new neighbors were totally satisfied with his professionalism and expertise. THey plan to use him again in the spring of 2013 for another project.
