We have been using Magliaro Plumbing for at least 8 years for our homes, rental properties and commercial business. Mike, the owner, actually does all the work himself, only bringing a helper when a job requires 2 people. He is always professional, polite and punctual...never leaves you hanging. Another plus is that he always cleans up after he is done with a job. When so many businesses have lost focus on customer service, it's a pleasure to do business with one who values his customers.

Mike came the day after I called him so that my tenant would not be without hot water any longer than necessary. This is typical of the service Mike has provided me for the last 13 years. In addition, he works very well with other contractors. He recommended the designer on my renovations and worked with her to make sure that the project was completed as designed. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

This is an excellent plumber. He was a recommendation from a neighbor which often can be a mistake. Not this time. Mike was prompt in returning calls, was comfortable using email, and acted professionally. He has come out twice to give me estimates for different jobs. This estimate was a verbal one because we were both comfortable with that, but he would definitely have given a written one had I wanted it. I only had to wait one week to get the work done from when I first called him. They were on time, finished quickly, and left everything neat and clean. Since I wasn't home when he finished, he called me later and scheduled a convenient time to come out with the plumbing inspector to review/sign off on the work. That morning he also gave me a heads up call. He will be back again to hook up the vanity when I'm ready. Both he and his helper were neat, clean, and friendly. I will definitely use Mike again for my next job.
