Not well!
Description of Work: He had to cancel an appointment because he had a dental emergency. We set up another time that week for him to come take a look at our roof (which he had worked on with previous owners of the house). He promised he would be there and knew that we were leaving work early to meet him. He didn't show up and did not pick up his phone when we tried to call him during the hour we waited for him. He never returned our calls.

it took him 4 days to call back and that was just to come out to measure for the cap then it was almost a week for a call back with the price. then a month and a half and many phone calls later returned my call and then said he forgot about me.the next time i called him he said it would be another week after that week and another call finally came and put the cap on . before he left he said he would be back to change out the screws because he didn't like the ones he used . well guess what he never came back what a shock .my husband changed the screws .

He came out that day, and told me he would provide a quote Wednesday of the next week. I have never heard from him since. I did mention I got his name from Angies's List, and he replied that someone added his name, he had nothing to do with being on the list
