Description of Work: I started with a deal of 6 hours for $200 and have kept going, because Dan does good work and I have lots to do. So far I got a sink replaced, a door replaced, 2 windows repaired, and another sink repaired. His rates are great, he's very reasonable and friendly and honest, and he figures out good solutions. I just have to give him a B for punctuality because at this time in his life he has family challenges that he apologized for. I was happy to reschedule or let him arrive and work later, so it was not a problem for me. He was appropriately grateful and did well by me.
