Still waiting.

It went okay. The guys who delivered it did their job and that is about it. They were fine but not very friendly or helpful in answering our questions. Two days later, when a plumber showed up to install our dishwasher, we realized it was missing the mounting brackets. I called and the woman who answered the phone seemed annoyed and wanted to know my salesperson's name. When I did not know. she told me to, "Hold." Another woman picked up who needed me to explain the situation all over again; meanwhile, the plumber was stuck waiting to do the install and I had to explain the situation all over again. She put me on hold again and then came back to tell me the dishwasher did not come with side mounting brackets and it does not need any for proper install. I told the plumber and he said, "Sir, with all due respect, I have been doing this for over 30 years and I know this need the brackets. I cannot believe an appliance store would tell you otherwise." I tried to cover for the store and told him that I had bought the floor model, and this was what I got for trying to cut costs. I looked it up in the manual and indeed it should have brackets based on the parts inventory. Again, it was obvious I was being annoying based on the tone of the representative, but to her credit she went so far as to look up my account and tell me "Howie" was my sales clerk. She then told me he was busy and would have to call me back, but I told her the plumber was there waiting, and I needed to get the part. After another round on hold, Howie picked up; I told him the situation; and he asked me my address. He said, "I'll get the part and I will come to you house." A little while later, Howie arrived, part in hand, and I was able to get it to the plumber before I had to reschedule (at a charge). It's people like Howie that keep these small businesses going! I would return because of the treatment he provided -- nothing else.

Tri-City, and Charlie in particular, were wonderful. Charlie contacted me by email the next day to confirm that they could take care of our special request on the haul-away. He also checked that we had room for it because the front-loading washers are deeper than top-loaders, and was very helpful and patient in several back-and-forths via email, sending schematic diagrams and so on so we could make sure it would fit. They delivered the machine exactly when they said they would, and indeed dealt with the old washer with no problem.

please see the above. The only thing to add here is that Tri city beat a price that we brought in from a competitor. One further thing to add is that the wrong stove was delivered originally but the proper one was delivered a couple of days later.

I researched Angie's list for appliance stores with A ratings. Tri-City came up as one of them. i drove to their store rather than just calling them because I like to have a one-on-one experience when purchasing appliances. Jeff took care of me very well, as described in the services performed block.

All in all, we are simply thrilled and will refer Tri City to anyone.

I had to go 50 or 60 miles out of our area. They have been tops. I was happy when I found the place. When we went in there, it was like a candy store. Everything that you could ever want was right there. They actually have the real detailed functioning kitchen. We purchased the products from there and they are in the process of getting a custom made range hood. The other products are going to be delivered once the range hood arrives and then they will be shipping them out. If anyone is looking for appliances, this is the store that I was happy with, especially the young lady that took care of us. It was everything in one store. They had all the high high end products. They had them all there, but they gave you an honest opinion about the individual products. They had everybody listed. The sales lady that we dealt with was very good. My wife doesn't often say that she could come back to the store and have her sell us a product. It was just the way they treated us and the way they talked about the product. They never talked down to us. We are pretty educated and we had done our own research and it was good to hear the same feedback from them. There was no made-up answer when they couldn't answer our question. They went and researched it and got back to us. Not many people would have done that. They went right to the company technical support of the 2 products we were buying. We were told that we could do what we wanted to do if we met the specifications. We have gone out and had a custom cabinet made to hold the oven and the cook top, but only after they assured us that it could be done the way we were doing it. It was $12000.00 and I can't waste the money and not have it work. The sales lady was above and beyond. We ordered the product and it will take about 6 or 8 weeks on the outside. The range hood is custom made and is being made in Dallas, Texas and it will be shipped up here. I went 60 miles out of area and their pricing was the same as people who were 5 miles from me. They are not charging me the sales tax because they are delivering out of state. People 5 miles wanted to charge me $125.00 for delivery. These people charged me the same for the product and they included free delivery. I didn't go to them because they were cheaper or less. We saw the products. We liked how we were treated. They were very helpful and have been. I have already given them over $3000.00 to buy the hood and I will be giving them another $8000.00 when I get the other products. I would go back to them because there is another product we would like to purchase from them. The sales person was above and beyond. She went out of her way to help us. She was very responsive through emails and phone calls. They were there when we needed them. There were no pushy sales. It looked like they cared. We went in asking questions and the woman just jumped right up and went everywhere. I told her what I was looking at and she gave me opinions on the various products. We had gone in with a set mind of what we knew we wanted and we left knowing that our choice was echoed by others.

The answer was yes and yes! They came out to install it, and even hauled away the old one. They didn't charge shipping, and they ordered it in exactly the timeframe that they said they would. They were also very punctual.

In addition to the stove and microwave, we also have purchased other appliances from Tri City, most recently an outdoor grill, refrigerator and dishwasher and have always been pleased with the selection and value.

They delivered my washer and dryer the next day. They had to bring them up to the third floor. They were very attentive to our questions. For a small company they are very honest and will give you a fair price. I am very pleased with them.

They are very careful and they don t scratch the hardwood floors when they deliver the stuff. They were easy to work with and the price was reasonable as well.They are a great company and I am happy to recommend them to other people any time.
