Charlotte is an extraordinary professional. Our property has extensive landscaping and she is knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. She performed work that required a certified arsonist not a simple landscaper. I plan to use her year round for maintenance.

Charlotte was incredibly professional and did a wonderful job trimming back our tree. Most tree trimmers hack at the tree and make the poor thing look abused. Charlotte was careful to remove the branches that were touching house without making it look like we trimmed at all. She also gave me several recommendations on how to help the tree continue to thrive. She came with all the materials she needed, she climbed the tree, had poles for reaching out of my house's third story windows and her helper was very friendly as well. I highly recommend her and will, without hesitation, use her services again.

The arborvitae next to my front door had grown into my electric line and was much too tall, so I just randomly called tree care sites to have it trimmed by about half it's size. Charlotte was able to come right out, gave me a very reasonable estimate that she backed up same day via email, and a quick appointment to get the work done. She cut that very large tree back exactly how i wanted it- well clear of all lines, and she managed to give her pruning such a natural look at it's new height and size that one can't really see it just got pruned at all, despite the major cutback. It looks like it's always been that way. Fantastic work, exceeded all my expectations!

Charlotte was great to work with! She very promptly returned my request for an estimate, showed up exactly when she said she would, and did a great job! I will definitely be calling her if I need any more tree work done in the future.
