Bill has been an honorable man in the past, and I assume that he will be in this as well. I will update this review based upon how Shea Roofing responds and how quickly and completely they solve the problem.

+ -1 moreunfortunately i think the work that he does is good (at least so far), but the fact that he was very difficult to get a hold of, did not communicate well and did not do all the work he was supposed to do prevents me from using him again in the future or referring him to others.

+ -1 moreEverything went as expected. Crews showed up at stated time and put in a full days work. Cleanup was done at the end of the day. All association members are happy with the job that was performed.
Description of Work: Small Condo complex that has 2 houses. Each house has 2 townhouse condo's. Remove roof tiles from both houses. Install ice and water shield along roof edges and along all flashing points prior to re-roofing. Install new metal drip edge along all roof edges, both horizontal and vertical. Install architectural roof shingles covering main roofs of both buildings. Install up to 100 linear feet of roof boarding if necessary. Install new roof flanges on roof vent pipes. install new roof bathroom vents on both buildings, Install new Cobra Ridge vents on both buildings. Install new full coverage aluminum siding on all rakes and facias on both buildings. Install new vented vinyl soffits on both buildings. Clean up and removeall roofing debris from job site.
