The job was done very quickly. Owner came right away, gave me cost for work and scheduled time for it to be done. The office confirmed time by both email and phone. Crew was very pleasant.

They did a good job. They knew exactly what they were doing and they were efficient during the job.

They came out to give me an estimate and were able to schedule my pickup for the following week. They were very professional and neat. I had a big, old piano in my home that I could not even give away. They took it apart and removed it very quickly and neatly.

It was completed in a day with two trips needed. Given the deal price for the two additional loads

They were great: Scheduling with me can be frustrating, especially when it involves other disciplines & vendors' schedules prior to hauling appt.. I also had some unexpected health issues requiring rescheduling several appointments. The office staff, Amy, was wonderful and accommodated me without hesitation (nor attitude). Once we were able to establish a confirmed appt., (both of us had to forgo the Red Sox parade as I just *couldn't* cancel on them again) the two techs arrived on time with a massive truck and got straight to work. They were personable, professional, helpful and efficient. The owner, Jesse, was wonderful to work with and in addition to accommodating rescheduling requests, he proposed a schedule for future hauls which will be very affordable. I prepared for the haul by organizing into one area all items to be removed in effort to negate any unnecessary running around by the techs. That said, I would have loved it if the service also included post-haul clean-up. My only recommendation would be that , having used another [excellent] hauling service in the past, One Call Junk Haul (1) bring floor covering to protect floors where the junk will be passing through & (2) A post-haul clean-up of areas in which junk had been stored and removed would be included as part of the service. BUT , and well in advance of the appt., I had asked if these two items were part of the service and Jesse kindly informed me that they were not. This is *not* a complaint, only a suggestion. I am very happy with One Call Junk Haul.

We decided to go with a full truck load of junk. They were so good that we are going to have them return in the spring! I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Two men arrived as planned and removed the items from my back yard. They were very professional and friendly. They explained the various ways the items would be disposed of. They cleaned up the driveway after they were done. I would suggest that under the DESCRIPTION of the service which states 1/4 truck load (2.75 cubic yards) you add the weight restriction of 250 lbs as wel. That is listed in the FINE print.

This provider was AWESOME! My elderly mother wanted to have years of accumulated garbage removed, and two small sheds taken down. Jesse was excellent; he came out within a day to give us an estimate. I got one other estimate and the other was significantly higher and I was not sure the other person would have the staffing to complete the job. Jesse's crew came out on the days promised, and they work quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up the area where the items were removed. My mother added things to be removed and he was quick to say it would not be a problem and took care of it. When we got the bill we thought because of the extra items he woud charge more, but completed the work at the estimated price. I would definitely use him again, and he is giving us a price on some other work my mother would like to have done.

One Call Junk Haul was not only professional but reasonably priced and accommodating. I needed debris removed from my yard quickly and they rearranged their schedule to ensure that it happened. They were professional and even took more debris than I had originally anticipated at no extra charge. I highly recommend them!

It was fine. I liked it. I spent twice as much, about another hundred. It was 100% good. I really liked them and I'm going to call them again in one of my house. They were cheaper than anyone else. I thought they were fantastic. He was right on time and he called.

Got a $99 special from Angie's List for 1/4 truck load. I paid up front and indicated what dates would be good for pickup. They did not contact me, I had to call them for a pickup date. They said they would call when they had a truck in the neighborhood, didn't call, called after the fact to tell me the truck had been waiting for me and had left, apologized for not letting me know ahead of time. Picked a new time and we finally met a few days later. Their truck looked pretty full. The guy looked at my pile and said I had 800 pounds of stuff and the cost would be $250. Didn't dispute his weight estimate, but this was the first time I had heard about a cost per weight. I paid it, they got it all in the truck and it seemed like it was less than 1/4 of the load. The haulers did a good job, but I think their coupon deal was deceptive, and I wouldn't use them again.

All went very well, there was a slightly late start, which was of no consequence to my schedule and one that was communicated immediately so that if it was a problem I could have adjusted. Team was very efficient. polite, and great to deal with. Moving was on a 95% day from a third story attic to truck below and they still got the job done quickly and were great to deal with despite very uncomfortable circumstances to work under. One issue of miscommunication left a few things behind in garage (was working from home and not able to follow up with them before they left), however one phone call and they gladly sent someone by to pick it up when they were in the area. Was very pleased with the entire transaction and would certainly recommend.

Everyone involved did a great job. From the 1st call to schedule the work to the sweeping of the floors when they were finished. Scheduling went smoothly and when we had to increase the scope of work it was handled seamlessly. I received an email to confirm the arrival and and felt secure that they would show up as expected. When the workers arrived they were extremely professional and had a great attitude through out the rather dirty work. There ended up being 3 complete truck loads as we kept finding more items to add to the pile. Could not have been a better experience and would enthusiastically recommend them.

I had called another company to come out and remove a really heavy air conditioning unit and they told me that it was too heavy for them to remove. This company came out and did the work without a problem which was great.

I wouldnt pay by the pound again, but I would pay by the job. Nice guys.

I purchased a 3/4 truck special on Angie's List for $199.00. The people @ One Call Junk Haul were very responsive to our inquiries as well as our questions. The whole process, from purchasing the service to getting the job done was quick and easy. Amy responded promptly to all emails and phone calls. Two men showed up with their truck when they said they would, did a great job hauling everything away and were very professional. We went a little over our 3/4 truck limit and the added cost was very reasonable.

Company called the day before to insure that I was all set with the designated date and time. Showed up the next morning a little late, but did call and let me know. Removed the selected items to their truck without a problem. There was an extra charge for an air conditioner, which is in the fine print, so make sure you read it. Left me a card and were on their way. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. Overall a good experience. I would use them again.

Both Jessie and Chris were great. I plan on using this company anytime I need something hauled away that we can't easily get rid of. The communication was great, they were courteous and personable, and worked their butts off on a hot day right before a long holiday weekend. I highly recommend this service.

The company was professional and prompt from the first contact I made with them. I must have gotten 5 phone calls to be sure the time would work for me, to remind me of the pickup time, to be sure the rescheduled time would work, etc. It was very helpful that they were so thorough and organized. It was clear to me that they really wanted to make my experience a good one. The two men who removed my junk were prompt and professional the entire time. They were pleasant, efficient and very careful with my home. Even removing an old, oversized couch did not cause any damage to walls, doorways, etc. They actually had to saw off the old couch legs as the doorway had been remodeled to an entrance with tighter corners than when the couch was originally purchased. Nothing phased them. They went from attic to basement to backyard without complaint and answered all my questions pleasantly. It was an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. I can't wait to have more junk for them to remove. They were excellent.

I received a phone call informing me that Jesse was delayed on another job. He asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day or try later that same day. As I had an appointment, we agreed that he would call me after my appointment and we would decide at that time whether or not to reschedule. Shortly after I returned home, Jesse called and said that he was on his way if I still wanted him to come. I did. Jesse and his co-worker were incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. I took the workers around to show them the various piles of junk--I learned that there is an extra charge for disposing of air conditioners (so I decided to wait). Jesse thought I might have more junk than covered by the Big Deal coupon, so we prioritized the junk. I thought the job would take about 45 minutes; Jesse and his co-worker cleared the junk in about 15 minutes. There was a pile of junk remaining and Jesse offered t sell me another coupon and asked if I had any additional junk to get rid of to make the coupon worthwhile. Since the remaining junk is out of the way, I've decided to wait until I have gone through my basement. Once I have a larger pile, I will purchase another coupon and call One Call Junk Haul. I highly recommend One Junk Haul, they made the process of getting rid of junk nearly painless and definitely pleasant.

Couldn't have been better. Jesse answered the phone, asked about the job, slotted me in the same day; called shortly before arriving. Two guys quickly and efficiently removed the large wooden crates I was getting rid of. They were courteous and professional and took care to clean up. I have used another junk removal service and these guys are far superior.
