One Call Junk Haul LLC

A pleasure to work with. I was able to make an appointment at almost the last minute and got a confirmation email right away. I was given one of those dreaded 'between the hours of...' for pick-up, and they arrived a little early. They navigated a tricky turn and got the sofa out quickly. It cost a bit more than the sight unseen estimate I was given over the phone, but I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great. I contacted three different removal services and One Call was the first company to get back to me and provide a quote, and followed up within 24 hours to see if I'd reached a decision (but at that time I was waiting to hear from the other two companies - one of which I never did hear from). I chose One Call for their attentiveness and their willingness to get the job done to my satisfaction. We agreed on a date and they showed up within the time frame and made short work of all my stuff. I have an attic full of junk that will probably be sorted into keepers, sellers, and junk by Spring, and I'll be calling One Call again for that job

Shane and Troy were the 2 that came to my home I was very impressed with them they did a great job and cleaned up before they left (leaves branches) . everything was in the driveway in the front of the house they left it looking 100% cleaner again thanks to Shane and Troy . When they brought the fridge up from the basement Shane was at top of stairs and asked for a carpet to put the fridge on so my floor would not get scratched(Troy was at bottom of stairs pushing fridge up)Thanks guys. When I initially purchased the Big Deal with One Call Junk Haul to pickup 11 cubic yards of junk, through Angie's List, I received a response indicating that I was out of their service area. I went through Angie's List's refund process and submitted a review that I was dissatisfied with the process. I subsequently received a call directly from Jessie at One Call Junk Haul offering to make an exception and provide the service which I had originally purchased, to ensure that I became a satisfied customer. They were very flexible in scheduling a pickup of my items. That pickup occurred today and I am extremely satisfied with the service which I received! They were prompt, professional, thorough, and neat. They went above and beyond! I received a follow-up call this afternoon and they offered repeat service should I need them in the future. I appreciate the effort they made to ensure I was a happy customer, provide service to me outside of their normal area. The service they provided was great! I would highly recommend them!

The people from Junk Haul were punctual and professional. The worked quickly and got rid of the stuff necessary out of our basement. The only question that I had was that the weight is estimated and there is no way of knowing how accurate the estimate is if it's just a pile of random things so have an idea of what the weight is prior to calling them.

Everything went well from the moment I contacted them online. Within a few minutes of filling out their questionnaire for an estimate online I received a phone call. They were friendly and responsive to my needing them to come the next day. I was given the $180 estimate over the phone. The next day, I received a call EXACTLY 30 minutes before they would be at my home, it was to the exact minute which I appreciated. They were in and out in about 15 minutes, and it cost me exactly what I had been quoted the day prior. The guys moving out my "junk" were fast and friendly. I would most definitely use this company again. Awesome company.

Excellent !! I ended up using them twice and may have them come back for a third trip but each time they were prompt and very helpful ( even making sure that I didn't have to do any heavy lifting)

The service was excellent. There was lots of communication so I knew exactly when the haulers would arrive. The folks that did the hauling were polite and professional. I have no complaints and would definitely use the service again.

I purchased a deal through Living Social and was more than satisfied with the experience. They were responsive, on time, courteous, and took away my junk. What more could you ask for? Now my garage is [mostly] empty and we don't have to look at a bunch of junk.

The deal was limited to 500 pounds, which I don’t believe would be enough for our job.

They were on time and efficient, They cleared out my whole basement in 2 hours, and even swept! It was really terrific. They and very courteous. I have them coming back! They are the best!

Bought a voucher, Jesse contacted me right away, the two guys who picked up were professional and courteous, on time, and friendly. Very happy with service.

The company called me to confirm the pick-up date and time. Also phoned 1/2 hour prior to arriving at the house. Two professional, polite men arrived on time. The TVs very large and heavy. One set was on the second floor and had to be carried down a steep, narrow staircase. The men took their time making sure the walls were not damaged. I would absolutely contact this company again.

Really great and seamless. On time and efficient. We had some soil in the garage from broken lawn bags and they really got it all cleaned up. Price was reasonable

Jesse was great. He was able, thanks to a cancellation in his schedule, provide same day service. He provided a quick email response, discussed the job and a guess as to the cost immediately on the phone, and called ahead to tell me when he would arrive. He and his assistant were pleasant, and worked hard and fast. The furniture and file cabinets will be donated or recycled. I recommend this company and would use them again.

They do it all. It is a very smooth process. I feel great about it because they donate items |that are useful and recycle items that can be so I don't feel that I am just throwing everything out needlessly

Two guys from One Call Junk Haul showed up right on time and removed all the cabinets, toilets and sinks we have torn out. They took care not to harm any walls in the corridors or the elevator. It took them 7 to 8 trips on the elevator to remove all of the debris. They also cleaned up were the debris was sitting for a while.

I had a large 5-piece sectional sofa that was in the garage waiting for disposal. (We had hoped to put it on the curb, but bad weather kept us from doing that.) I needed it to go immediately as there was a blizzard in the forecast and we needed to put a car in the garage. I called Jesse in the morning. He was polite and professional. He promised that he could pick up the sofa that day and he did just that. He gave me a time and called when he was on his way. I was totally pleased with the service I received and would recommend One Call Junk Haul highly. I would certainly use this company again.

My call to Jesse was promptly returned and we set up a time to assess the property. Jesse was very courteous and professional. We agreed on a competitive price and a mutually convenient time. His office confirmed the details and was in communication until the crew arrived. Thy were hard working and left the property in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would enthusiastically refer them to anyone looking to get a difficult job done in a timely and cost efficient manner.
