flooring contractor, hardwood floor
+ 0 moreI think they do a good job, but the receptionist is terrible. They tell you they are going to get back to you and they don t. They always fix what you want to be fixed though with no problems. It is us tracking them down to do it that is the problem. I am pleased with everything else involving the service though.
Description of Work: They installed hardwood on the floor in my large bedroom and a little bit of tile in the closet and along the wall.

+ -1 moreI had a complaint about a small area of grout that came out and they will have it repaired immediately with no questions asked. Matt Hourican my contact person at international floors was responsible for my pleasant experience, complying with my requests, seeing that the best materials were used and job done well.
Description of Work: I had engineered hardwood floor installed in my kitchen, entry living room, and dining area. I had tile installed in 1 bedroom. The work was performed on 2 different dates as I requested.
