+ -1 moreMade appt 4 weeks in advance only to be cancelled a few days before with the excuse they had to take care of some over 50 customers with problems, in anticipation of potential temperature increases. It was under 75 degrees at the time, early June in Massachusetts. No heat wave on its way. As this is a vacation home, I only had one week left to get work done, and was told they would get to me. They never did, they never even called. This company did the AC installation about 15 years ago. We are due to replace in a year or two, but I wouldn't consider using them again. They have more important customers than me. (I am way over 50, but I know when summer comes and I can plan for it).

Description of Work: New carrier ac system and ducts in new construction. Good workmanship and ethical. Pricing was reasonable. People are good and have pride in their work. Shortcomings were around experience with latest technology and high end equipment. I would use them again for a more basic mainstream system
