Eugenia's team has been cleaning my home for over 4 years. Her team is excellent. She has good employee retention so I usually see the same people every week. Four or five of them descend on the house and they are in and out in less than two hours. My house is about 2500 square feet. Four bedrooms 3.5 baths.

They are another blessing. They came in and looked at all that had happened to the rest of the house. This construction is not easy it makes a mess because of all the old stuff that had to come out. It floats through the entire house. I had company coming, and they came in and made the house look like new. I could not have had company without them. They really had a mess. They cleaned up debris that had turned into powder and had floated onto every surface in the entire house. They come in with a team of people and had it done within hours. The floors were not just cleaned up, they shine. I give them the highest possible rating.

On Saturday Eugenia's people showed up around 10:30am (on time). There were three women. I had bought the cleaning supplies that Eugenia requested and her crew started to work. They worked continuously for about 5 hours and the result was amazing. Not only did they remove all the dust from the demolition but I have no doubt that the house is cleaner than it's been in decades. They also cleaned up the bathtub/shower like new. Great Job!

It went very well. I think they were prompt and showed up with 2 people. They were willing to do the windows and carpets. For punctuality, I remember I had to wait a little bit.

Eugenia promptly returned my call and came to give an estimate. Took us a little while to get started on a routine cleaning - fitting me in. The work was great! I have two golden retrievers who shed copiously during the summer. The place was spotless! Her crew will be coming every two weeks - forever, I hope. Routine cleanings will be $100.

We were looking for a new housekeeping service. Eugenia came to look at our house. a couple weeks ago. She took a while to get back to us but claimed to have had a family emergency. Not a problem for me. Her price was quite good. She came last week for the first cleaning. We've been without a housekeeper for a few weeks now so it took a while but looked great at the end. So after one visit we are quite happy. Assuming it all goes well from here I will be completely satisfied.

We needed the service performed around Christmas and New Year when all housecleaners are very busy. I initially had called several companies from Angie's list and very few returned the call/email in a timely manner. We had three estimates and decided to hire Eugenia because 1) she was very prompt in returning calls and easy to reach; 2) seemed to have attention to details and easily understood what I wanted to have done; 3) price was reasonable and comparable to other offer we had. She went out of her way to squeeze me in her schedule. Eugenia first came to give an estimate and few days later came to do the job. She came with her girls who were doing the main part of the cleaning and the entire time was supervising the work and giving directions. We are very happy with her service and consider hiring her for cleaning on a regular basis after we move in to live in the unit.

They did an excellent job - the hardwood floors had not been cleaned in years and they looked great, and I was impressed with how clean they got the bathroom and kitchen floors. They even got the gunk in the corners of the bathroom floor that I never seemed to be able to clean right when mopping myself. My only complaint is that the pricing is not very straightforward. I was quoted $25/hour which was significantly cheaper than most other places I called but that's b/c it's $25 per hour PER PERSON. It got very confusing since she started with two people, so the $25 an hour became $50 an hour for the first hour and a half, then for the last half hour, she brought in three more people to help finish the job quicker, so even though it only took them 2 hours total, it was 5.5 man hours. It was still very affordable for a one-time cleaning job, but for someone not comfortable with numbers it's easy to overpay (she originally was going to charge me a higher price at the end, but I had worked out the math and realized she was off by 35-40 dollars which she corrected. I don't think she was trying to swindle me, the math was just a bit complicated and easy to mess up) It was also a little hard to finalize a time, I had called a few weeks early, but had to call back sooner to the date, and even by a day or two before, the time changed since her schedule seems to switch a lot. It was not a problem for me, but I can imagine someone with a more rigid schedule having trouble buttoning down an exact time. I think some of the issues was due to the fact that I was just looking for a one-time cleaning so she had to work it around her regular scheduled cleanings

This company is fantastic. They are very thorough in their work and detailed oriented. The owner has a great connection with her clients. They are responsive and punctual.

Eugenia is prompt to return calls and very direct with her responses, which I think is great (She does not beat around the bush). If you need something done, you can tell her directly and she will make sure her crew takes care of it. The price of the initial cleaning was very reasonable. The weekly price is competitive, but as she says you get what you pay for. I am very meticulous about the way my house is cleaned, but Eugenia is always very reassuring and does her best to accommodate. She is professional and easy to work with and her crew is friendly and courteous.

Very nice job. The house FELT great and certainly looked it. I am not good at house cleaning, so this was a big treat.

After attempting to find a reasonably priced house cleaning service and failing, I went to Angie's List to get a better idea. Eugenia came and did an initial assessment and was extremely personable. I appreciated her candor and the fact that she actively sells her services when she talks. The first cleaning was extremely thorough and I was not charged more for that cleaning. Subsequent cleanings have been good and I really appreciate her team's work. I would have liked to pay about $20 less, but then I feel like I would get what I paid for in that case. Bee Clean is well worth the money. That being said she is getting so many word-of-mouth and Angie's list referrals, I think she needs to hire more people soon as scheduling a regular time can be tricky with all of the demand she has.

They are wonderful. They are very personable. They do a wonderful job cleaning the house. They are very reliable. Their pricing is competitive. They are very respectful to my home and my two dogs.

They do an excellent job cleaning, over and above what one might expect. My husband doesn't know I've hired them to come every other week (he wouldn't support the idea, although he is thoroughly enjoying his "super clean" house...I take all the credit!) They come when I'm at work (very trustworthy women) so a couple of times when they saw a car in my driveway, they called me on my cell to make sure my husband wasn't home before they parked in the driveway (those were days my husband took the T to work and left the car at home). They're like family, even though I've only met Eugenia (she's wonderful; runs the business with a firm hand but a gentle touch...I respect her and her "girls" highly). Eugenia is easy to communicate with and very accommodating to say the least!!!! P.S. for all those out there who are "tisk tisking" me for doing this behind my husband's back...it's my hard earned money, and now I can play with my kids instead of scrub the floors/bathrooms!

They're great, eager to please, quick/efficient, and good cleaners. Anytime I ask them to do special things, they do them, and if I ever request that they re-clean anything, the always do without issue. It is Eugenia's company, and she's here about every other visit. She's lovely to talk to and I'm so glad I found her. I totally trust them in my house also. And she's 1000% reliable and will do her best always to please.

On time, well done, and trustworthy. I've also had them house sit and cat sit for me in the past.
