Baystate was prompt, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Yuri and Darley (?spelling) were always willing to answer our concerns and were extremely professional. There were a few minor things that needed to be redone as the first attempt was not quite what we envisioned. Yuri's team was very accommodating and willing to take our suggestions and redo what was needed. The project was well coordinated and things were done in a timely fashion. When we first interviewed contractors, Baystate's pricing was in the middle range, but I believe that we absolutely got very good service for the money. I should also add that the team was very tolerant of our dog, who wanted to be included in the action. The end result was that a very ugly full bath is now the nicest room in my home. I would be happy to recommend Baystate.

Baystate Building and Remodeling will not stand by their work and fix the vinyl floor they installed during a remodel 18 months ago. I called the owner, Tom Lewis on multiple occasions as this was a problem from the beginning. Unfortunately more than a year later it continues to be a challenge due to non-responsiveness and Tom Lewis’s complete lack of professionalism. The business phone is never answered, has no voicemail. Tom Lewis’s cell phone has no available voicemail. He does not respond to text’s. Sheer disappointment! On a side note, in addition to the money from the claim, over $200K, from me personally, he received an additional $40,000.00 for other improvements on the property. I was a complete fool and trusted him instead of keeping a business mind. Tommy Lewis has no integrity and is a liar. I would respectfully request that you ensure this terrible experience never happen to another person, or anyone you know or meet; to spare those potential Baystate victims, please do NOT recommend or use Baystate Building and Remodeling.
