 + -1 moreScott Vesey did a thorough job of inspecting the house. He was available when we needed him, and for 20% less than the real estate agent's recommended inspector. The seller was quite surprised at all of the easy-to-miss details that were uncovered. For example, he found construction mistakes dating back 6 years! With Scott's report in hand, had an easy time getting the seller to agree to repairs. Provided private phone consultation to go over the finding in detail at our pace. Scott offers ongoing guidance. We are really glad that we picked Scott!
