Description of Work: They repaired a roof leak that tracked down 2 floors with ceiling damage. |What I liked: Of the three companies I got estimates from, Servpro was the most reasonable, they came in exactly on budget, they were the most prompt in providing an estimate, they subcontracted a roofing specialist and still came in on budget, their inspection was the most thorough of the three.

It was a job well done and efficient!
Description of Work: My oil furnace had a puff back...black soot everywhere. Got two quotes. This was the least expensive. Very thorough measuring of the basement to be cleaned. I went out of town when the job was done. I came back to a very clean basement...walls, ceiling, shelves - everything was clean with no streaks of soot or anything AND no SMELL, either of soot of cleaning fluids. There was a problem (nothing drastic) and it was taken care of immediately to my satisfaction. I felt they cared about the customer, which is hard to find these days!!
