Paul was knowledgeable and efficient. Took the time to explain how to run our generator after installing a switch on our electric box. Came back to try it out after we bought gasoline for it. He was most helpful and told us how best to maintain the generator as well. Will hire again.

Paul did a great job. Called me back within 30 minutes and corrected the issues within 2 hours. He was here by 6:30 am and completed everything before 8:30 am. He took his time but was efficient and checked all of the outlets, breakers, and connections on both the main and sub panels. I would hire him again in a heart beat. Thank you for getting it done so quickly.

Paul not only diagnosed and repaired the problem efficiently, he promptly arrived on a Saturday afternoon (when few electricians take calls). I recommend him with qualification.

We hired Paul 2 years ago for installing thermostat and lighting. Extremely happy with everything and cost! So, hired him again for more electrical upgrade projects. Paul and his co-worker Ken are terrific. They're very responsive and will fit into your schedule. He and Ken went out of their way to pick up a device for the kitchen lights, and another time for the bathroom fixture and fan. They're very responsible, diagnose the situation, explains it to us and fixes it. I'm very impressed with them and we're about to call on them again.

We are completely satisfied with Paul and Ken's services, their rapid response, professionalism, reasonable pricing and courteousness. Besides installing a ring/bell, they bought and fixed 4 Kitchen Fluorescence lights, two of which were flickering; Changed, bought and installed new Bathroom ceiling fixture light/fan. Ken had to climb up thru the ceiling to the roof to install the fan. We will definitely hire them again. Highly recommend them.

Paul comes with a partner so they can work more efficiently. He has a positive attitude. Yes, we can do that! I thought he would have to rewire the electrical to the light post in the front yard, but he was able to figure it out. He also installed some broken spot lights. I ordered two overhead chandeliers that he had to partially put together. i couldn't figure out what a switch in the downstairs bathroom was for. He told me that the fan should of had a light too. He came up with the idea to add a sconce. He thinks outside the box. Everything went smoothly. Paul is very knowledgeable and gets the job done!

So happy!! I can't believe how fast and easy it was! After seeing his reviews on Angie's list, I called Paul and told him we lost power in kitchen last night and had to run refrigerator with an extension cord. My call to him was at 10:08am and he arrived at 11:14am, barely an hour later! A quick fix of replacing a corroded circuit breaker and valuable information for the future, it was a pleasant and expedient experience. Both he and his assistant were professional and informative. I will definitely pass his name along to friends and family.

Paul arrived within 1 hour after contacting him for help with my electric dryer. Initially, he installed a new power cord. Subsequently, he determined that the electrical outlet needed to be replaced. The dryer has been working perfectly with the new outlet and power cord. Paul and his assistant were very professional, and I enjoyed meeting them. They diagnosed and solved the dryer's electrical problem quickly and expertly. Have a bad feeling about this guy? Imagine how he feels about you (or your home)? Long, long ago, in a place far, far away (cape cod), there once lived a man named Mr. Paul Dunn. Now Mr. Paul Dunn was an electrician by trade, but he was not an ordinary electrician. No. Every year, just around Halloween, when the moon was just right, Mr. Dunn would acquire new victims ? I mean clients, on a website called Angie?s list. Now, everyone on the Cape knows that not all contractors are reliable, and some have better track records than others. Other contractors were known for making appointments and being late or simply not showing, but not Mr. Paul Dunn. You see, he was different. Very different. He doesn?t make an appointment, not show up and give you an excuse. Instead, he makes the appointment, actually shows up, and then walks around your home and ?feels for paranormal energy? of the home before deciding if he wants to continue his work. One can only surmise that he possessed special electrician-based ESP or other specials powers, of ?intuition? that let him know whether he should do a job or just waste all your time. In my case, it was the latter. Mr. Paul Dunn, ESP/electrician extraordinaire made an appointment, walked into my house, saw the job, agreed to the job but then used his ESP powers to feel my home. Whereupon he declared that my house had an ?evil feeling? and even though he was there with his tools, decided he would no longer be able to perform the job. After ?feeling? the home and declaring it to be EVIL, he promptly gathered his tools and forever left the premises. Somehow, the job was too evil to perform, but not too evil to send me a bill.

They cleaned up after themselves, even patched the walls where they needed to access the electrical wiring for the new fixtures.Would recommend them for any household electrical project.

I lost power in my kitchen the week prior and found Paul on this site. I called him up and he fit me into his schedule and within an hour of calling he was at my front door ready to go. He troubleshot all the outlets and breakers and determined that a wire had come loose in the electric panel and was the cause for the issues I had previously experienced leading up to the loss of power. He was able to tighten the wires and restore power to my kitchen. He was quick and professional and had my kitchen up and running. The price was extremely fair and I will use him again for any electrical issues I have and recommend him to anyone with similar issues.

Paul Dunn Electrical Contractor provided to me outstanding professional service in my situation. He promptly returned my initial called and indicated a specific time he would come and was actually on time. He applied for an electrical permit and arranged for an electrical inspection. He personally called me to inform me of the specific inspection time. The electrical work passed inspection and requied no rework. Both he and his assistant were very personable and explained the work being done. The electrical work done involved determining how the 24 hour running motor had previously been connected to the alarm system circuit and to creating a new separate circuit for the previously mentioned motor. The work was performed under difficult attic circumstances. The work took approximately two hours. We would DEFINATELY utilize his services again.

Paul Dunn is hands down the best electrician I have ever hired. In speaking with him on the phone, one can quickly ascertain that he is a very intelligent person with a thorough understanding of how the electrical system in your home integrates with other systems, (ie. heating, smart home technology). We have used his service on several occasions for our vacation home in North Truro. He is extremely reliable, has very reasonable rates an is an absolute pleasure to work with. On one occasion, I need a box light repaired in my kitchen ASAP as we were having renter coming in that weekend. Paul took time out of his busy schedule to come out to Truro and do the repair. As one other reviewer as stated, Paul is a rare find on the Cape. I highly recommend him.

I decided not to get a gas piping contractor myself to do the other portion of the job and chose another installer for that reason only.
