Great service. Prompt, but pricey.

Stan & Dan were great ! Very friendly and informative. They fixed my washer quickly and professionally. Stan noticed my hot & cold hoses were worn and leaking. He replaced them with non burst stainless steel. Then he rehung my drain hose so it didn't lie on the floor. Finally they cleaned the outside of my washer and dryer. Stan & Dan are the best !!!

They came within 24 hours of my initial call and arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it promptly, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this team.

You should have an option for picking "not applicable" for these categories. I didn't get different quotes so I'm not sure about the value for money but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The dryer has to run a lot longer for me to evaluate work quality. I was pleased with the men who did the work - very pleasant and professional and they were on time.

Stan and Dan were amazing knowledgeable with the repair of our refrigerator freezer. They seemed to take just a few minutes to observe that the problem was in the mechanism of the freezer door track. The repair cost was quite reasonable and of course, saved us a lot more money with spoiled food.
