It took 2 weeks for the repairman who came to our home to assess our 17 year old Thermador stove to advise us that the part is no longer available, due to planned obsolescence. That was disappointing. However, we were grateful that as a result, we were not charged for the standard home service fee.

York Appliance exceeded all my expectations and completed the repairs on my microwave for a third of the cost I was quoted by Sears for their service calls. Stan and his assistant were very professional and fit me in for a same day appointment. I would like to provide them with the highest possible recommendation and would not hesitate for a minute to hire them again. Outstanding work ethic and professionalism that is rare to find these days!

After the terrible storm, our basement took water. Our washing machine was not working. We called late in the afternoon.Stan and Dan came the day after we called. They addressed the problem with our washing machine that had water in it from the flooded basement. They cleaned out the water and tested it to make sure it was running properly. Well done and much appreciated.
