Despite careful research to find and hire builders/remodelers to do a variety of jobsâ a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and farmer's porch addition, to name a fewâ we have always been frustrated with the process and/or disappointed with the results. He checked in frequently to make sure the work met our expectations. 4. Joe is responsive to the needs of the customer. If we had a question or a change to be made, he eagerly addressed the question and/or made the change. 5. Joe and his team are experts in their craft. Whether it is painting, plumbing, tiling, or fine carpentry, the results have been above the expectation. 6. For all of his great work, Joeâ s prices are fair and reasonable.
