Dennis was awesome, he had to come back a 2nd time because of a defective faucet that was installed. He will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing issues!

I am a 70-year-old with a solid understanding of how water heaters function. Approximately six or seven months ago, I hired Wachusett Plumbing Services to install a 60-gallon gas water heater, for which I was charged $2,000. After just three months, I began experiencing intermittent hot water issues?the temperature would drop to tepid after just one and a half showers without running other items. I contacted the plumber, who came to test the water temperature and simply increased the heater?s temperature setting, but this did not affect the amount of hot water available. Despite reaching out again twice for further assistance, he has since ignored my calls and has not addressed the issue.

Dennis is a great person to work with. He explained the issues very well and fixed them promptly on time.

Dennis is very knowledgeable and very genuine. I was not getting hot water and I called several other companies and all of them told me to replace the water heater. However, Dennis was the only one who said I can get replacement parts and he ordered it the same day and fixed it quickly. Really happy with his service and am already planning to hire him for few other projects. Would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Dennis Ford for any plumbing project. He installed a new water heater, removed the old, made sure the area was left clean, and gave advice on maintenance. His price was very reasonable, and he went above and beyond to satisfy his customer. A rare quality his availability to answer calls or return messages. I will hire him again if I need any plumbing project.

Water heater was delivered and installed, the old one taken away. Everything was great. Dennis gave us some guidance on basic maintenance to help the water heater to last hopefully a very long time. Thanks again.

Prompt, on time, if not slightly early, and honest. I'm new to household expenses, but I believe the cost was fair. Dennis understood my problem and easily confirmed it with a quick conversation over the phone. The cost originally quoted did not change after the job was done, which is nice to not have a surprise. Maybe I had a straightforward problem, but I would recommend them. They seem like they would communicate with you if anything changed during their evaluation and maintenance, so you would not be caught unaware.

Dennis went above and beyond. Installed my 3 new water tank heaters. Answered all questions I had about the different types and I had a few. Also changed out the kitchen faucet for me as well. I bought a new one and he installed it at no extra costs to me. Would recommend him to any of my friends looking for a plumber.

Got the job done quick and efficient. Iâ m happy with the end product. Only downside was they couldâ ve done a better job cleaning up after the work was done.
