Dennis is a highly skilled independent plumber who always available on relatively short notice and is much more affordable than the bigger companies. This weekend he came out to repair a faulty pressure release valve on a new State water heater he installed 1 year ago. He picked up a new valve and installed it without charging me a dime. He said he’d contact State directly to see if they might reimburse him.... Dennis is quick to respond, can quickly access your situation, and provide a solution at a price point well below the the bigger area companies. Highly recommend giving him a try!

Knowledgeable and diligent, delivers excellent work.

Dennis was quick to respond to request for a quote for hot water heater replacement, and price was reasonable. He was able to schedule the job within the week. Arrived on time, was pleasant and clean, you'd never know you had work done, he left the area spotless. There ended up being a defective part which caused a leak, but he responded within 24 hours to take care of it and was apologetic.

Dennis was excellent. We were without hot water for 3 days and he immediately understood how desperate we were for showers, etc! He was installing our new water tank the next day. Besides that, he handled our warranty with HTP, worked diligently and was friendly and informative when I asked any questions. And he was also aware of this Covid-19 situation and always wore a mask and keep a social distance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazingly prompt service. Literally 5 minutes from the time I requested a quote, Denis was on the phone with me. Arrived when he said he would. Worked tirelessly to haul the old water heater out (up a curving flight of stairs) and bring the new one in. Took time to let me know the scope pf the job and patiently put up with a nosy homeowner (me) asking questions as he worked. My favorite thing about this experience was that I got excellent attention and care. I didn't feel like It was just another job for him. I like to work with small contractors. If you need something done, pass right by the big guys and call Wachusett. I will again.
