We started looking for contractors, and made a bunch of calls. Some called us back, some didn't, a couple came over and made promises to call back. All were stumped by the 1911 original kitchen in the house. Wayne came over, said that he would be back with an electrician and plumber, and showed up on time with those gentlemen. He came back with a kitchen designer and they worked on two plans, and presented a part 1 and a part 2, depending upon what we could manage with a tight budget. We signed the contract, and were given a time table. We did the demo ourselves to save money, and Wayne was on target with the timetable every step of the way! It was unbelievable. The project was managed in a completely professional way, with email updates throughout. We have very nice cabinets, a breakfast bar, nice flooring, and overall a better kitchen than we could have imagined. This project was completed in just over 2 weeks, with minimal disruption to us. The work area was cleaned up at the end of every day, my property was treated with total respect, we were notified of any issues. Wayne even did the flooring in a more difficult manner, because it would match the rest of the house better! I cannot say enough nice things about Wayne, and would not hesitate to recommend him for any job.

Wayne's communication and professionalism were outstanding. I chose to go with a different business from Angies's list because they specialize in IPE decks (which our current deck is made of) and are located very close to me. Wayne did provide estimates with IPE as well as composite. When I have future projects to be done at my house, I will definitely give Wayne an opportunity to win the job.

He did a very good and neat job. He came in; at the time he committed and completed the work in a day, as informed. His services were fairly priced. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

Overall experience was positive; this is 2nd project with this contractor. Have been very pleased both times.

Work was done on time and as projected; it was accomplished with professionalism, expert craftsmanship, great attention to detail. Right from the onset, we were impressed with the thorough explanation of the plans and then the ongoing meticulousness with which the work was carried out. We are very pleased with the finished product. We most definitely would use StG Services again in the future.

StG Services handled the entire project for me from concept to moving in. Wayne (owner) was great to work with and he kept me involved all along the way. The quality of the work was exceptional, that is why I selected StG Services in the first place. Some friends of mine recommended Wayne to me, as they were very happy with several remodeling projects that StG Services did for them. These friends found Wayne through a social group they are involved with and they mentioned that StG Services has been recommended to many in the group and they have all been very happy with the quality of workmanship and the service they have received. StG Services has a very unique and innovative website which made communicating and reviewing project documentation very easy. This incredible website allowed me to review the project documentation (drawings, schedule, contract) right online. I would login with my unique username and password to securely access my project (I must admit it was my son that would login for me as I am not very computer savvy). This was really cool and it seamed to really speed up the process. I was also able to select products specific to my project from the comfort of my home with just a few clicks of the mouse using StG Services approved suppliers. This along with many of the other website features including a rating system to rate the project and subcontractors is really state of the art and very affective. StG Services performed the majority of the work on my project but all of the subcontractors that also worked on my project were all top-notch as well. These contractors are all approved by StG Services and Wayne selected them specifically for my project. One final comment, it was very refreshing to work with such a professional company that has a documented process, which I believe helps ensure consistency throughout the project. Anyone reading this report should really do themselves a favor and check out the StG Services website and consider using them for your next project.
