Precision Fence

Overall I have to say I was really disappointed with how everything went with this company and would not recommend using them again solely based on the lack of communication and unwillingness to fix the problem with a product that was less than 6 months old. We were referred by our neighbor, (a national developer building a large complex that abuts our property who had the same fence and ironically also has the same problems we have now). We used Keith to install fencing around our house so it would all match in the neighborhood and paid $5900 for several privacy sections to be installed. In less than 3 months, several sections fell down leaving entire 6' wide openings- definitely not secure or "private". I called Keith, sent texts and photos multiple times, trying to be understanding that it was the winter, weather was bad, snow was in the way, etc. At first he was responsive, saying they would be repaired within a few weeks but he was busy with the snow. He was goon on his word initially and fixed them, only to fall down less than a month later with even more sections now broken. We also had 6-7 tops blow off , several of which were not replaced after multiple calls and texts asking for them to be replaced and glued. Towards the summer months, I probably sent 4-5 emails with photos, texts, calls, etc looking to get our fence that was less than 6 months old fixed. Its been a year now and I can say we have never had a complete fence, as it just keeps falling apart. There are 3-4 sections that are just a mess and missing entirely or just laying in a pile on the ground. I don't know if its was the posts not installed properly or if it was a crappy product that just has too much flex and separate parts that fall out, but it seems a little sketchy that a $5900 fence can't stand up to a normal amount of wind and snow and I really wish Keith would have taken the responsibility for it and replied to me, returned my calls, repaired and made things right. Its a shame, since ironically I am now on here looking for fencing for 3 other jobs we are developing. We won't be using him again.

Although the work was done on time, the quality of their product was horrific. They say they stand by their work and will come out to fix any problem. We didn't have a problem for about 2 years. We contacted them several times leaving them messages. We had every intention of paying for the 2 sections of fence that had literaly fallen apart. We never heard from them again. We had to replace the sections ourselves purchasing them from another company. I don't know how long a fence should last, but we now have to replace the entire fence as the posts have rotted and the lattice is mostly gone. After a windy day yesterday three more sections just fell over.
