They did a good job. They were very friendly. They talked to us about what we needed when they gave us the estimate. The other places I contacted for estimates didn't get back to me. Update: We had unexpected trouble with our athetic dog being able to jump the new fence as well as flatten himself enough to slither under the fence. John spent a lot of time trying to come up with a workable solution, and actually did come up with a creative idea for the top that would have worked. We decided to have him reinforce the bottom of the fence with railing, and skip the creative idea for the top due to costs involved. (We're trying to train the dog not to jump instead.) But, John was very helpful and put a lot of thought into trying to come up with something that would work with what we had already installed.
