It went perfectly well. Tom provided exactly the inspection service I needed, but also added suggestions for remediation/upgrade that would never have occurred to me. My experience with other home inspectors has never been this positive; just felt they were checking the boxes, and trying to sell additional services, from them or their friends. None of that with Tom. He really seemed to care about my wife and I and helping us go forward with eyes as wide open as could be.

Jeremy from Prime came over to inspect the mold issue and came up with a solution to eradicate and prevent any further mold. Very professional, prompt ( arrive at 9:15, right to the minute), and did a great job. Very reasonably priced. I researched several options, who came out for a quote, and Prime was the best in professionalism, price and work. Highly recommended!!!

The exterminator came to the house to exterminate the bees on time and explained the process and did the job. Everything he explained was true and the bees were completely gone within a day.

They went above and beyond my expectation. They were thorough and cared about my health and well-being during the time of service. I had been very sick from the mold and they trult wanted to help and I could tell they just cared and wanted me to be well again. I am so thankful for their knowledge and prompt attention to our issue.

This company was very efficient. The serviceman was able to identify the type of bee and was able to get rid of them and also with the product they used it would also be effective on the larvi not yet hatched.

Everything was wonderful! Timely, professional, priced perfectly, and overall thorough. When being a first time home buyer it is hard to understand everything that needs to be done, but the employees made it understandable and were helpful when explaining how and when everything should be accomplished. It was excellent service and I would recommend their service to anyone.

I have contracted this company for two home inspections, wood destroying insect inspections, and a radon test. Problems from our first home inspection prevented us from purchasinga home which had serious electrical concerns (knob and tube wiring hidden in insulation). I would absolutely recommend them. The report is delivered electronically the same day as the inspection.

Tom and his pest control associate, Mike, were super friendly, thorough, efficient, and communicative. Tom took pains to point out everything he noticed and was very patient answering our questions. I don't know anything about houses so I definitely asked some stupid questions, but not once did he condescend. 10/10 would hire again.

Inspection was very professional and thorough. Tom, the inspector was personable and easy to talk to. He explained all of his findings (fortunately very few), in a jargon free way that was easily understandable. His written report followed less than 3 hours later and was very detailed and complete. Mike, the pest inspector was also professional and friendly. He too provided detailed information orally and in writing detailing his findings.

This experience could have been extremely overwhelming and confusing, but it was actually very enjoyable and educational for me.
