Bob & Ross provided expert critter removal service. In a matter of one day, they efficiently removed a mother raccoon and five babies from my chimney in a kind and respectful manner to the animals. These guys are highly skilled, super polite and easy to deal with. I truly appreciate their help and do strongly recommend them.

Bob, Matt and Jared were amazing! We had a momma raccoon and her 4 babies in our chimney. They attempted to have the momma raccoon leave and take her babies with her but she was very stubborn and refused to leave even after several attempts. They then moved onto the next step which was to remove the babies. Although the momma was very very stubborn, they were able to finally trap her and remove her from our house. Through all of this, Bob, the owner was in constant contact with us and was always just a phone call away no matter what was going on. If you've got a raccoon problem Birch Hill Critter Solutions is the place to call! Once they had removed all the raccoons, they placed flues on the chimneys to ensure we wouldn't have problems again. I will sleep very well tonight.

We had a flying squirrel infestation in our attic that could we couldn't resolve . We tried everything from mouse traps to sealing the ridge roof vent and foam sealing gaps in the attic. We called Birch Hill Critter solutions for an inspection of our attic and we were told that we had an infestation of flying squirrels and bats. I told the exterminator (who happened to also be the owner of the business, Bob) that we did not have bats and that we had evicted the bat(s) months before during a replacement of the chimney flashing. He insisted that we had bats and that they were hiding in the chimney void based upon a piece of guano found near the chimney. We decided to go ahead with their services to get rid of the long standing flying squirrel problem (2+ years). The trapping, cleaning, roof vent replacement and sealing were to occur in the following weeks. We were informed that the bat eviction would occur in May to allow the bats to leave the attic. The company did an excellent job trapping the squirrels, cleaning the squirrel feces and replacing the roof vent. Unfortunately, the services were provided on an unscheduled and untimely basis. We were always called on short notice. When it came to sealing the attic- services were never provided when they were scheduled. I confronted the exterminator (Bob) about when they planned to seal the attic properly he told me that it had been done. I returned with the fact that I had sealed all of what he was pointing out in the attic one year before. He merely sealed the spaces I missed around the chimney and proceeded with the "bat eviction". The bat eviction was unnecessary and a complete waste of money. The actual eviction consisted of simply placing a plastic tube to an existing hole on the roof soffit. I made my final payment of $800. I frequently wonder now why it cost $1800 for the actual bat eviction. He returned to replace the plastic tube with a $15 metal grate while we were away from the house. I have never received a follow up call since he received his final payment. Do not hired this company.
