I called to hire this service, first they told in 1 hour will be the truck. After a while the guy Dimetrius texted me, they will come between 6-8pm. Never showed up, I texted him to ask where they are, never answered. Terrible customer service and lairs.

We found Demetrius to be a very friendly, hard-working gentleman. He worked very hard while removing our sofa bed. He had to saw the sofa bed in half in order to get it out of a tough doorway. We appreciated that he put the mattress on the curb for our next trash pickup. We were a bit disappointed that the room, where the sawing was done, was left with some sawdust and small pieces of wood on the rug and furniture. Priced fairly. Shower up when he said he would and did a little extra that was asked of him. I will not be using any other junk removal anymore.

Demetrius responded immediately to our request. He and 2 helpers showed up the next day to clean up some debris of wood and cement blocks. They worked hard and did a good job. I would give advice to anyone hiring him to first get a written contract of everything you want done so there is no confusion about what the job entails.
