I’m sure it was trouble finding me! First I had an appt for Friday between 3 and 4, then I was told 7 or 730 Sat am ! Junk removal at 615 !

My experience with Demetrius was excellent. I found him to be incredibly profesional throughout the whole process. He called me to understand my needs (I had to get rid of old furniture) and followed up regularly to ensure he could accomodate me. The price was less than half of the other company that quoted me and the service was top notch. Demetrius showed up a few minutes early and took care of business in a very efficient manner. Very quick response to inquiry. Was right on time and and did a great job. Not a speck of debris left behind. Only negative is I thought was priced a bit high for the amount of debris. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Demetrius and his crew were great to work with - I described what I needed and then took some pictures to help him out - the quoted range he gave me was right on and he stayed within it and was below the high side. He arrived a few minutes early, which was OK, as I was ready. All the stuff was packed into my garage and they managed to fill the truck in a little over 1 hour. They also swept up after they were done. I cannot say enough about how pleasant and professional Demetrius was - I highly recommend him and his crew. I had added more items over the course of several days and communicated that to Demetrius, but he still stayed with the price range he had quoted when we 1st talked.

When he arrived to do the work I had added more items to the pile and offered to pay more for the extra removal work. He refused and kept to the original price. Who does that?? They had the right equipment for the job, worked quietly and efficiently and cleaned up the area. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
