They were responsive and did good work. Most of my expectations were met. However, When aerating and overseeding I expected that starter fertilizer was part of the process and price. It wasn't and I wasn't willing to pay any more so I fertilized my lawn myself.

Matt from MVK came out and provided a prompt, fair estimate for a Spring cleanup. He added us to his queue and exactly two weeks later they were here and completed the task as requested. Work still in progress although they have started the project, they have not returned in over a week and a half. At best work is incomplete.

The contractor did not do as much weeding as I expected. A truck was driven over my lawn to drop mulch in the back yard rather that using a wheelbarrow...the amount was probably 3-4 wheelbarrows which should have been done manually. On the plus side they do respond quickly to txt, emails and calls promptly. The workers are pleasant and courteous.

All the guys that worked at my house doing the fall cleanup were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely hire them again in the future. My yard looks wonderful and it was done before we got snow. :)

I asked for a spring cleanup of my garden beds and pool area. They did an excellent job of edging, weeding, placing a weed mat, and mulching. I went with their recommendation of their own brown mulch. I was happy with my choice because it looks beautiful and it is safe for my kids and dogs.
