It took a great deal of time and effort to finagle it around in order to finally get it out the bulk head but Eric and his assistant stuck with it and made sure not to hit any pipes or other beams. He could not have been nicer about it and I highly recommend JUNK JUNK BABY.

Junk Junk Baby arrived on time and explained the process. The price quoted was the price . There were no hidden costs or add-ons They hauled away bricks, rotted lumber. and firewood. Everybody was professional and courteous. Some broken bricks needed to be taken at a later date. They returned and removed the bricks. There was no need to call and remind them about the follow-up visit. I plan on using them again to remove a gazebo. I recommend them without reservation based on their courtesy, promptness,and the thoroughness they displayed

The provider (Eric of Junk Junk Baby) and an assistant initially came to my house for us to discuss which items needed to be removed from the garage, basement, and attic prior to my moving. Eric provided an estimate ($500) and a mutually agreeable date that the junk removal would occur. Eric and the assistant returned on the designated date at the designated time and worked steadily in 90 degree heat for a number of hours removing all the items that we had dicussed. At all times, both men were professional and a pleasure to work with. They did the job at the agreed-upon price and left my property in excellent shape. I would highly recommend Junk Junk Baby.

We called 3 different junk haulers before we found Eric...none of them ever showed up!! When I called Eric, he called me right back and showed up to provide an estimate that night. He then picked the stuff up immediately. Junk Junk Baby is a professional establishment.

We'd managed to collect an amazing collection of old moving boxes, various cardboard containers, a bunch of stuff that we just wanted to throw out - plus a couple of large rugs, the computer equipment and a gas grill that had recently gone kaput. Even if I'd rented a dumpster, we'd have had to figure out what to do with the electronics and taken the grill to a specific place t dispose of it. The dumpster alone would have cost $400. I saw Eric's reviews, and thought he might be able to help. I explained our situation. When he emailed me back, he made a rather amazing suggestion: if we had access to a pickup, he gave us the address of a place nearby where we could get rid of the cardboard for free. I'd read that he'd done that with other potential clients, but was still startled. Make a suggestion that would actually reduce the services I'd have paid him to provide? Wow. He couldn't have been nicer to deal with. He came by on a Sunday morning to give us an estimate, which was supposed to be his day off. We were embarrassed by the extent of our "collection", and were prepared to go through everything and get it all stacked and neat for him to take away. He told us to go to the beach instead; he and his crew would come in, sort everything out for us and clean it out. I didn't expect that, but he was adamant that we shouldn't do any of the work. Then he quoted a price that was just about what it would have cost to get a dumpster, do all the work ourselves, and also figure out what to do with the strange stuff. And because I found him on Angie's List, and gave us a $75 discount. Again, wow. He explained that he was booked through the week, but hoped to get to us by that Friday. He contacted us the next day, and said he'd be there on Tuesday morning. As with everything else, he was right on time. I came home that night and was so happy to see all that stuff gone, and everything so neat. He even swept out all the old grass, bits of paper,and sand that had been collecting for a while. He did more than I'd expected, and more than I hoped. I can't recommend him highly enough. Great personality, very straightforward, easy to talk to (as a woman, I greatly appreciated his approach), and impeccable service. I hope I don't have to call him again, because that means we've junked up the garage again - but I would in a second if I had to. Excellent service.

Eric came twice on short notice to haul away Iarge amounts of household trash and miscellaneous construction materials. I was charged with selling my mother's house, and the time between the acceptance of the offer and the closing was only 12 days. We had several large truckloads of junk (as a child of the Depression, she saved EVERYTHING) that could not be recycled, sold, or repurposed, so Eric took it all away. His communication was excellent, he showed up on time, and he worked tirelessly to load the truck. I could not recommend Junk Junk Baby more highly.

Eric was awesome! He did a fantastic job breaking down and removing a bed and trundle as well as removing a very difficult to remove boxspring from our third floor. Eric was quite punctual, efficient, and professional. He tries to recycle or donate as much of the items he removes as he can - which is simply fantastic. He taught me some things about how I can recycle some items in the future. Eric even offered to drop by a garbage barrel to replace one that had seen better days and needed taken away. Eric is a great guy and I look forward to working with him again sometime soon.

Eric was so fun to hang out with! He cheerfully did all the moving/loading by himself, and recommended a plan of action for future work. He even advised me of some low cost ways of getting rid of some items, which I thought was rather selfless! I found his prices to be reasonable, and he was eager to accommodate my schedule. Eric was prompt with providing us a quote and did the work on our quick timetable to accommdate the listing timeline. He was professional and courteous. He walked through the property with us to make sure he was removing only the desired items and leaving the others. One thing that impressed me is that he donated everything that he could and even provided us with donation receipts (an added bonus that we have not requested). He left the house in very clean, broom-swept condition. It looked great! We will definitely use Eric and his company again!

Eric was excellent!. He was prompt, cautious of floors and walls and very reasonably priced. He even mad suggestions that saved me a lot of money regarding disposal of television (tube) sets and old monitors. I will be using his services again and I would highly recommend him.

Eric was great throughout the entire process and I would use his company again!! He came over on a weekend day to appraise the items to be removed. He even suggested donating the items which I truly appreciated as he was effectively taking money out of his pocket to make sure we had explored donation options (which we had). He was very flexible when we had to reschedule the day before due to the Blizzard impacting our delivery of new furniture. On the day of removal, Eric was right on time and everything was removed quickly and professionally. Eric was truly professional and great! I would highly recommend using him at any time and i will use him again when the need arises.

My overall experience was excellent, I called Eric from Junk Junk Baby on Monday afternoon for an estimate to clean out our shed and garage, and he came by on Tuesday right at the agreed upon time. He was very professional and was a real nice guy to deal with, and best of all his price was much lower than I was expecting to pay to get the stuff removed. We agreed on a price and he came by the next day and had everything removed and gone off my property by noon. I would recommend him to anyone who needs cleanout or junk removal servics. I've already recommended him to my neighbors.

The same day I called for service and estimate, Eric showed up, efficiently removed items that needed to be hauled out of basement; including a heavy wooden desk; he sorted items that could be donated and took care of business. He was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting other items he had, including other chairs, that I may find useful. He was extremely accommodating of my schedule and very pleasant.
